I took my 2500 duramax in here a few months ago to have new tires and rims placed on it. I asked if…read morethey were compatible to which they said yes. I get the tires replaced, they do an alignment and they pull my truck out, nearly an hour and a half longer than they told me it would be. Before I leave, I tell them that my TPMS isn't showing any readings. The guy tells me to drive it a few times and the sensors should restore. So I take his word and leave. Of course the sensors never restore and NOW I have an ABS error and a trailer break error as well as a shaking wheel when going above 50mph. So I call and make another appointment. They tell me that the ABS error and trailer brake error had nothing to do with them, but to bring it in and have it realigned. These errors have NEVER shown up until the moment they pulled it out of their garage for the first time. They look at it again and tell me that they reset the sensors and everything should be working fine, and that they've redone the alignment. Again, I leave the store without tire sensors working with the promise it will work after a few drives. Of course, the sensors never return but the alignment is better. I call once again and make another appointment. This time they tell me that the TPMS needs to be replaced, after I was told that everything was compatible on the first tire change. They tell me it's going to cost me another couple hundred to have the TPMs done. They did end up giving me a discount, so I had them install the TPMS anyway. As well as fixing the alignment for the THIRD time. Again, another 1.5 hours longer than they said. Finally, my TPMS works, my alignment is good, BUT my trailer brake system and ABS are still showing errors. I took it to another shop and it turns out they did break my sensors during install of the new tires and rims. WHICH THEY DENIED HAVING ANY PART OF. AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS. They don't respect your time, they charge more than any shop in the area, and they deny when things are caused by them. I went in for a tire and rim replacement and ended up going in 3-4 times to have things redone. Take it to someone else. If you're a woman who drives a truck they'll treat you like you're incompetent. I've been told by other shops that they've stopped recommending this place because of their frequent unnecessary repairs, overcharging, and damaging vehicles.

He is also a technician and may also possibly be the owner. That was the vibe I was receiving from our discussion. I explain what my visit was and he advised me there are different types of tune ups and what specifically I was looking to have done. I explained that I was able to obtain a quote from Honda service department and they also advised same thing. I listed the tune up details and what Honda quoted ($2,260). Oleks advised that inspection is free of charge. He would have Alex, technician do the inspection and provide his recommendation. Alex completed the inspection and advised what needed to be replaced and some replacement were not needed. He discovered there was an engine oil leak, transmission oil leak and the engine oil pan plug was stripped. Oleks had provided me with a quote range between $700-$1000. I returned back two days later on the evening of 1/14/26 to drop off vehicle which was parked safely inside the shop. The following day they replaced the engine gasket, replaced spark plugs, water pump, front crank seal, drive belt, oil pan plug and drive belt tensioner. I picked up my vehicle on 1/25/26. The sum of my bill came to $1021.80. I am truly satisfied and happy with the work that technician, Alex has completed. It was a reasonable timeframe and price. Honest work. I will use them again for any issues, repairs or maintenance.

Wanna say this is an amazing shop compared to other shops around the area I recently took my 06…read moreTacoma there to get an alignment done after a 6in lift kit install. They did a great job but due to the nature of a 18 yr old coming in saying he did a full 6in lift kit by himself and all he wanted was a alignment is skeptical to say the least ALSO ONE OF THE ONLY SHOPS AROUND THAT DOES ALIGNMENTS ON LIFTED TRUCKS The alignment itself: honestly pretty good however have a slight lean to drivers side which they blamed the tires for (it didn't do that previously with my 3.5in lift) which was not the culprit I later found culprit to be the lower control arm bolts due to finding that the bolt side is stationary with the alignment washers while the nut locks position of them into place and finding one washer isn't aligned the same way on opposite side meaning the bolt is stripped were the washer is most likely due to tightening on wrong side which very well could of been my fault during install of lift kit. it's a 10$ bolt and 4$ washers and I'm not gonna be blaming anybody unless I know for sure who it was especially over 14$. Customer service: absolutely amazing they were really nice people very transparent with me and helped me look at pricing for tires that I needed regardless of if it was effecting alignment or not. Also hooked me up with a goodie bag!!! Also bilingual! About the techs: Occasionally they would come in to the waiting area to ask me about something that the techs wanted to know (the techs are mostly Spanish speaking which I can understand but not speak fluently) and the techs are thorough with what they need to do they test drove it more than once and made some small tweaks. Extra notes: I did get a few questions about what a sound could be I told them they could bend the rotor dust sheild because I was planning on replacing it anyway (yes that was the issue) The bad: the damn pothole in-front of the shop is the worst part of the experience I swear one day (if it hasn't happened already) it will take off someone's bumper or side skirt it's a 4in deep hole that they need to go around or through

The mechanics fixed a number of issues that could have been a real problem for me if the issues had failed on my trip. Easy Street provides a three-year warranty on all repairs, they gave me complimentary Uber transportation to and from the shop, and they gave me consistent updates on the status of the vehicle repairs. I will never take my auto anywhere else for any kind of repair or service. Just the best!

Arrived at around 9:20AM to drop off the car (they open at nine) and no one was there. The door was open, but the lights were off and no one was around to talk to. Eventually got it sorted and handed them the keys and left. Car was not fixed in a timely manner. They advertise same day appointments, but what is the point of that when they don't fix your car on the day of an appointment made a week in advance. Called the next day and was told car was being worked on and they would call back in an hour with a status report. No one called. Finally got the car back on the third day and upon driving it off the lot, immediately noticed a problem which wasn't there when I dropped it off. Called back to inform them of the new issue, not looking forward to having to bring it in again to have it fixed and was told I would have to take the car to a different shop to have the new problem fixed, on my own dime. Let that sink in for a moment. I took my car to a car repair place, and was told I would have to take it to a different car repair place to have the problem *they* caused, fixed at my own expense. And the cherry on top? I was told I was a liar for suggesting the new issue was, in fact, new. It was blatantly obvious the problem was new, and I noticed it within seconds of driving. I Immediately followed up asking them why it had to be this way, and their very best response was that they were doing repair work they were neither qualified nor capable of doing correctly. After having such a great experience under the previous owners (not all businesses are created equal), this was all very frustrating. I would never again bring any car here for servicing and I sure as heck wouldn't drop thousands of dollars on one of the vehicles they are selling. I have no doubt whatsoever the dealership side is every bit as "reputable" as the service dept. Save your money. Save your sanity.

Fast forward a few months after having bought the car that was when I started having issues with it. First it was that the oil cooler fitting hadn't been properly tightened. Then it was I needed new brakes and rotors on all four wheels. After that it was one problem after another. In total I'd spent close to $1,000 and even still I had more problems. Had I kept the car I would have ended up spending in total close to $4,000 in repairs. This was for a car that supposedly didn't have any major issues. All that to say I won't be buying a car from here any time soon if ever again. My recommendation stay away from here as far as car buying is concerned.
