A portable charging unit was no help, but then he just happened to spot a small power wire that had become detached from my starter relay, (something I never would have even noticed, especially in the dark of night). One quick connection later, and she fired right up, saving me the cost of a cancelled parking lot reservation, and having to find an alternate way to the airport at the last minute. I was given an estimated time of arrival and the driver was there on time according to my roadside time quote---I believe the drivers name is Bo and he hooked my car up safely and gave me and my car a ride to the dealership so I could have my car checked out. Fast forward to just a few days ago I needed lock out service and I still had the card that Bo gave me. I did not use my roadside service this go round so I dialed the company direct. I was greeted by a lady on the phone who was helpful, I was in a spotty location and she was able to understand where I was located and told me to sit tight she had a driver on the way. The driver this time was a different gentleman he told me his name was Robert and he was able to perform the lock out service quickly and I got myself to work without incident. I feel the price for the service I needed was fair and the timely fashion that I received service from First Chance towing initially prompted me to call on them when I needed help outside the roadside services. I would recommend First Chance Towing and when I call for roadside again I will ask my provider to call this company over the others.

They reached out to Easy Towing, who was there in about 15 minutes despite the app asserting it could be up to an hour. Art took lots of pictures, and was careful with our front bumper (it was pretty low and the flat didn't help) and got our front and back wheels off the ground and the car towed away to the dealer in about 15 minutes more. They answered on the first call. I spoke with their dispatcher, explained what was going on and they said they could have a truck to me within 30 minutes. Sure enough, they arrived in about 20 minutes. Two really friendly folks hopped out the rig, got the car hooked up and towed me and my car back to my house. I was so impressed I scheduled directly with Drew, the driver, to come pick up the rig on Monday at 10:30 am to take it to a dealership. Sure enough, Monday morning about 10:20 am she called to let me know she was around the corner. I had left the keys with the vehicle and instructions to deliver it to Titus will in Parkland. Well a couple hours later I receive a call from Titus Will Tacoma asking me why my vehicle was there. I was curious myself. I contacted Drew directly, she reached out to the owner of Cascade Towing and within about ten minutes. Drew was on her way to move the vehicle to the correct site, no complaints, no arguments, no extra charges, just, sorry for our mistake, pleas let us fix it. I have to tell you, I can't say enough good things about these guys. I mean, how many Titus Will's are there? Quite a few last time I checked, mistakes happen. What's amazing is the customer service, professionalism and the fact that they actually cared. The driver, Chris, was absolutely amazing in his care of our vehicle and hard work getting it put directly into its parking spot in the garage. He had to single handedly manually push our truck into a very tight spot. Chris was so friendly and caring. Definitely an asset to this company. Received another text that it would be approx 1 - 1.5hr to come out. I notified them that I was disabled and it was imperative that the timing was ASAP. I received another text message @ 1:19 informing me they found a service and they wouldn't be out till 03:19 PM and 03:49 PM. I called ULTRA TOWING to inform them that this was a situation that required service immediately that I was in the heat and disabled w/ no place for relief. The person on the phone was very rude and short w/ me and said "that's the best i can do, and driver will call you on his way" then hung up on me.
