I stopped by the Yard House for takeout and I was super impressed with the staff. Charisma took my order and she was absolutely wonderful. I don't think I have been to a restaurant in a long time with someone who has such a warm disposition and gives such great customer service. She helped me with my meal and even checked with the chef on an item to see if it was GF. There was a Lakers game tonight and the place was mobbed, but Charisma took the time and effort to help me above and beyond. If I had a restaurant, I would hire her. Food was also very good! I recommend and would definitely go back!

The food is always great, vibes always check the box in this spot but Jennifer you are the best of the best in customer service. Thank you. I'm sorry I typed Jessica in my comment box at checking out. It was the Perfect Dirty Martinis fault

This IS the gathering place for any Anime Expo. It is hands down sometimes the easiest place to find and run into mutuals or make new friends instead of at the actual convention center itself, especially since many times you walk past it to get to the con from lot parking or to get by through LA Live. We came here on Saturday of the convention to have an early lunch and the wait was only 10 minutes instead of the estimated 20 which was really nice. Our server was courteous and checked up on us multiple times. You can order via the little tablet on the table and you can pay through it and answer a survey on it as well. Or you can just order from your server. We got the: 1) Onion Ring Tower: -It's beer battered with a dash of parmesan and chipotle ranch and buttermilk ranch for dipping. Standard onion rings but both of the ranch sauces had a bit of sweetness to it that I didn't enjoy that much since the onions also have a natural sweetness to it too. 2) Classic Sliders: -Comes with 4 flat griddled beef patties, cheddar, their special sauce, all on a toasted brioche bun, with a pickle spear and a side of their house fries. -Sauce added some sourness to the sliders and the patty meat was pretty dry. Reminded me of tires. We were hungry so we killed it, but in any other situation, it's very mediocre. Fries were normal and alright, thought a tad salty. 3) 4 Cheese Spinach Dip: -We definitely did not get enough chips with this since there's leftover 4 cheese, but we dipped our fries into this since we were waiting so long for the ketchup. -Solid appetizer. Our friend got a pizza to demolish himself and that was eaten. Everything at the start went pretty quickly, but towards the middle and the end you can tell that the strain was showing on the servers. It took quite some time to flag them down to get more water refills and a bottle of ketchup. It got even busier after we left and I'm thinking they definitely need to over staff for AX weekend since it's also July 4th. It's still the classic AX gathering spot. You gotta watch the idol fans and wota dump their light sticks and do UO Kanpai in the yard long beers.

An absolute dream for beer lovers. This is a must before any game at Crypto (aka Staples) With over 100 beers on tap, there's something for everyone, and the food more than holds its own, fresh, flavorful, and way better than typical bar fare. The atmosphere is lively but comfortable, the staff is knowledgeable, and the whole place just works. Perfect for trying something new, grabbing a great meal, or settling in for a long, happy hang. The service here is arguably the best compared to other locations.

Most of the food was ok, but the restaurant was filthy to the point it was disgusting. The bathrooms kitchen and trash.

I have absolutely no complaints about the food. The food was very good. I got the spicy jambalaya. My husband got the sirloin steak. Me and him both shared the sliders with fries. The only thing that made my experience a bit unpleasant was the wait times to get our food. But this was understandable because of the Sabrina Carpenter concert that was happening that night. We were seated within 5 minutes. But waiting for the food and drinks took a long time. We had to wait about 40 minutes before getting our food delivered. It definitely gets busy on the weekend or on the day of an event so be prepared to wait. Our host was great and friendly so overall I still had a good experience.

We arrived at around 10 pm and were immediately offered bar seating but requested a booth. Our waiter took forever to come and ask us for our drinks (one pint beer and a club soda) that luckily we used the small kiosk at the table that we were able to order our food. Wished we could've ordered our drinks on the kiosk but since I requested a beer it made me wait for the waiter. Our food came first and we ordered a couple shareable items, which are our favorite. Our drinks didn't come out till we were half way done with our meals which was kind've a bummer but overall the restaurant was clean and really enjoy coming to this location on a simple date night outing.

My family and I got to many LA Kings games each year and have tried many of the dining options around Staples Center (Crypto.com Arena). Yard House is my personal favorite of all the options. Each time I try something new on the menu and have yet to be disappointed. Service is always fast and friendly and the ambiance is always fun full of fellow Kings Fans. Please check this place out!

Located in LA Live complex. Has indoor and outdoor seating. Went on a Saturday night w no game or concert and there was no wait for a table. The hostess was nice and accommodated our request for 2 to sit at booth by windows which are for bigger parties. Marquis, our server, was attentive and let us sample the beers we were considering. Their beer menu is extensive!! But so is their food menu. Love that they have a 700 cal or less menu, gluten free, and vegan menu.

It's been a while since I've been to a Yard House. I stopped by this one around 4pm on AX weekend, and surprisingly, it wasn't too bad. The wait time wasn't too bad at all, as there was no wait. I always forget the name, since I don't come often and it isn't listed on the menu...but I got the chicken nachos, and substituted the nachos chips with fries. I love how, even though it is just a starter, it could quite literally be a whole meal! The serving size was quite generous as it was served on basically one of the largest plates I've seen. I ended up taking about 2/3 of the dish back with me as we just couldn't finish it. The fish is loaded with a base layer of fries, and very noticeably loaded with a bunch of chicken and cheese. The plate comes out to you hot, as I believe they bake everything together on the plate, so everything comes out piping hot. Overall, the food was as I remember it, not sure I'd drive all the way to this location, but would stop by if I'm in the area and found decent parking...as parking here was quite the feat.

Food is prepared well in this Yard House location. Wings are crunchy and tasty. Steak comes medium rare just as we requested, it's great. Salmon has a slight crunch on the outside but is tender inside. Shiitake garlic noodle is delicious, slightly sweet but it works well with the garlicky sauce. I like it. So many different kinds of beer to choose from, I just wish they serve them in chilled glasses. Service is good as the way it should be. Great place to watch games with friends and family.

The Spicy Tuna Stack....yummy a must order actually everything on the menu is delicious

NOVEMBER 26.2025…read more I've been through many iterations of The Library Bar over the years... from small and cozy secret bar for those that work in the looming skyscrapers of Downtown LA to being some noisy urban hip hop affair that served godawful drinks (see my past review!), and on back to being a calm and casual neighborhood bar again. The interior never changes... dark... illuminated by candlelight... the bust of Shakespeare over the fireplace, the shelves of old books-- all of it remains intact. But this latest Library Bar seems to have finally dialed in what was always sorely missing in that it showcases a conscientious staff that all seem to know how to mix drinks while treating the customer well by leaving them be. On one night my date and I share a "Black Manhattan," basically a Manhattan with the generous addition of Averna, and it's terrific. On another night, I go for Happy Hour and a few pints of Guinness on draft that are surprisingly proper and go well with their excellent and, I'm told, homemade Hummus & Veggies Plate. The music at this current Library Bar is pretty much on point and is never so loud as to interfere with the conversations that patrons seem to come here for... something you should come here for too, and maybe at Happy Hour specifically if you're looking for a nice bump in your day and to spend an hour, well, happily.
