The green beans are always overcooked and the general S. chicken is breaded weird the Mongolian beef is chewy beef and not the proper flavor. The hot and sour soup is not very flavorful either and the ingredients are too big. There are a lot of carbohydrates here and not enough vegetables, dishes, beef or seafood. Honestly, if they would hire a proper cooks, this place could be a 3 1/2 4 Star Pl. as of right now it's only a two star. The other problem is one of the Asian waitresses rushes. You out the door after you have two plates even if there's not very much food put on them she brings you, your Bill, which I think is rude. So that is offsetting in my opinion it doesn't make you feel welcome or want to go back often when you're being rushed out the door.

Had to go to safeway and make Chow Mein noodles myself, took 20 minutes just to find the box in the isles. Long story short, I'm never buying from here again and I suggest you don't either. (Also know few people who've gotten food poisoning from here, but I haven't)
