He was so polite, and he understood when I asked him for a receipt before dropping off my babies. We decided he could take a photo of them and text acknowledgment of receipt that way. Two days later, he texted that they were ready. They look and feel great. He was able to repair the damage and bring them back to life. **. Be sure to agree on pricing before he begins work. It's a little confusing because the website prices are based on quantity. I originally thought it was $8 per knife, but it came to $10 per knife in the end. It was money well spent, but it's always better to be clear about prices. As of this writing, he's investing in a truck and will begin traveling throughout the city.

They sold me a flashlight which didn't work after I came home and tried to turn it on. I immediately called to let them know and to explain that this caused a huge inconvenience as I needed it in a timely fashion and that I would be back the following week to exchange it as I would be away for a week and won't be able to come earlier than that. They were very nasty and unfriendly and refused to exchange it. The man over the phone who sold me the flashlight said "how would I know whether you will just use it for a week and return it with a drained battery"...So in other words they accused a customer of trying to pull a shtick on their store without knowing the person and wouldn't display proper customer service. BE CAREFUL AND STAY AWAY.
