All staff wore masks and gloves and changed them and washed their hands before wearing new gloves. I know that it might not always be possible of there is a large crowd or at all places, but I appreciated the diligence in their routine that I did witness! Shaved ice was delicious, as was the Acai smoothie we bought. Perfect amount of syrup throughout the snow without too much or too little . The ice stayed nice and frozen,too, even on the hot day.
