We really love Bahama Buck's and usually have a great experience, but I'm giving this location 3 stars because there was only one worker there when we visited. My kids and I came on a weekday and the drive-thru line was super long, so we decided to go inside. There were already about 8 people waiting for orders. The girl making the snow cones was clearly overwhelmed, and honestly I don't blame her at all they should've had more staff there to help. Other than that, the kids still enjoyed it. We always get the kids mini size and ask for flat tops so it's less messy for them. Hopefully they can improve staffing because the product itself is still good. read more

Service is terrible. Understaffed. The employees working there have no common sense and haven't been trained in even a modicum of customer service - and it clearly isn't their fault. These poor kids have likely never been trained or given proper expectations by whoever the owner is. When things suck this badly, it is a direct reflection of ownership. Shame on the owner. Every time they get a little backed up, they lock the front door and tell people they're "closed" while they try to catch up on orders. Here's a TIP -- just make eye contact, acknowledge people waiting, and tell them it's going to be a while. Then it's up to them whether they decide to wait or not. Because the way this stuff is being handled currently is just wrong, ineffective, and reflects the decision making of scared children who haven't been properly equipped to deal with challenges. Terrible drive through service. We placed our order (3 smalls: cherry, dreamsicle and bubble gum, nothing extra) at 2:15 waited for over 40 mins, no explanation, the employee opened the window, laughing and saying there were 2 orders in front of us. There was one car in front of us. At 2:50 she opened the window and said they're making the order. 3 vehicles behind us left. Again, no explanation. We would have left but had already paid, after the window attendant asked for our order two more times. read more

Horrible experience. I went through the drive through this afternoon. I sat and sat. Finally after 10 minutes I heard a mumbled sound. I tried to give the person my order but all I heard back was "bqby". I drove to the window but the young girl didn't come to the window. I honked for over 5 minutes. She finally came to the window and said she's the only one there and they are busy and handle walk-ins first !!!!????? What's wrong with in order of arrival. Anyway I asked for mgrs name and she refused. Finally I got a name and said I would come in. We were both quite frustrated. Rant No customer service. No kindness. Just bad attitudes and the kind of energy that makes you never want to come back. Me and my family walked in, right behind another customer waiting to be helped. Three boys were working. One was making snow cones, the other two were on drive‑thru. Not ONE of them greeted us, smiled, or even said "We'll be right with you." They just stared at us... and kept starring at the one boy making the snowcones. After standing there awkwardly with zero acknowledgment, we decided fine, we'll try the drive thru instead. Big mistake. When we ordered a strawberry colada with tropic crème, the kid taking the order snapped with a tone "WE DON'T HAVE TROPIC CRÈME. You want condensed milk?" I said sure, fine. Then we ordered a small piña colada with BRM, not realizing it comes with tropic crème. Cue another annoyed tone: "So what you want? Just ice cream? Like I said, we don't have tropic crème." At that point, we just said sure to end the interaction. THEN as if that wasn't enough he says, "I'll give you your total at the window," and loudly says "oh my God" like we were inconveniencing him!! The employees messed up my order. Granted, they looked like inattentive high schoolers that would rather be giggling about inside jokes. I had to repeat my order to three different workers, and each one heard a unique order. I received three shaved ices total even though I asked for a shaved ice and a smoothie. One of the shaved ices was supposed to be coconut, but they said they were out of coconut. Yet when another worker came to the window, she said they did have coconut !!! The snow cones are great! I was really excited about the "thin ice" sugar free flavors. However, the service was terrible. The girls working we're pleasant, but slow and messed up several orders. I waited behind another lady, for 4 minutes before even being approached to take our order. Then, the groups in front me had 2 out of 4 snow cones done wrong (they were snow cones instead of smoothies. I'd recommend having more people working on the first sunny and warm day of the year. PSA: apparently the prices on the menu are NOT the actual prices.... says on the menu $2.59 for a small... we gotta two smalls, regular flavors and total was $10.00. I asked the girl working if she mischarged me and she said no the prices on the menu aren't correct... I told her that's like going to Wal mart, picking up an item marked as $5 and getting to the register and it's $10.... and all she could say is she would let the manager know.... but they already know... that is disgraceful business practice.
