My flight was delayed in Concourse C so I booked a 20 min chair massage. I asked the therapist to use his elbow on the back for deep pressure. He proceeded to use his fingers with sharp fingernails and missed all the spots I needed. Even when I directed him to a spot he would not stay put. Last time I came through Denver I was in the other concourse at a place called A Massage. I got a better therapist and a lifer table massage. Maybe it's harder for therapists to get good pressure on chair massage. But this lousy 20 minute chair massage at Express Spa was a total waste of $40. Oh I mean $45 because I left a tip. read more

Do not waste your time here. It is very obvious that the employees don't get paid well and don't get treated well by their employer because it is extremely evident that they are unhappy with their jobs and do not care about their customers. There was an older lady in front of me who was very upset. I wasn't sure what happened but she kept asking one of the workers what her name was and she kept trying to avoid the question. I didn't really think anything of it because I really needed to get my nails done during my layover. When it was my turn I asked how much it would be to get my nails done and my sns dip removed. I was told $55 and to sit and wait. After waiting 15 minutes a girl comes to do my nails and then tells me that they can't remove sns dip. I think that this place needs to train ALL of their employees on what services are/are not available to their customers. All in all my time was wasted and the employees could not care less about upsetting clients. Very poor client and time management skills / process. I had a 75 minute before my flight and was told I would have less than a 30 minute wait for a manicure. I waited patiently reading my book. After about a 30 minute wait, I realized they were taking folks ahead of me who checked in after me. When I expressed frustration, they offered to bump someone else they had just moved to another location in the airport. I didn't appreciate being put in a position to inconvenience someone else, too. Timing was now such that if I waited for an opening I would be boarding my flight with wet nails. When I first checked in there had been no concern about being able to take care of me before my flight. I was then asked if I wanted to purchase product from them so I could do my own nails. Really - you think I want to buy product from you after you wasted my time and disrespected me by not managing your check-ins respectfully. Did you think I wanted to sit in the terminal and do my own nails? Perhaps you should add self service to your menu. read more

I had a 10 minute chair massage from a younger guy and I can't remember his name. I felt great afterward, but it was INCREDIBLY rough. I started breaking a sweat from the pain it was causing. We had 1 1/2 hours before our flight and my husband wanted to get a message for tightness in his shoulders. Both locations in concourse C had a line so he waited at the location by our gate C34. He was able to get the message with 5 minutes to spare before we boarded. 30 minutes after take off he realized he forgot his glasses at the spa. He contacted the Spa the next day and they shipped his glasses to us fedex 2nd day with no charge. Great customer service. Quite possibly the worst spa I've ever been to. Menu has facials, pedicures, manicures and massage. Tried to get a pedicure on a Saturday around noon. Was told that both of their locations are only offering massage today. Simply terrible service since they don't offer 75% of their services on one of the busiest travel days of the week. read more

I have no idea whether the services on the menu are any good, because at 4pm on a weekday, they had one nail tech and no other aestheticians working. There was a 2-3 hour wait for nails, and no one available for the rest of the day for any other service other than massage. And when I asked to put my name on the waiting list for nails, I was told that there is no waiting list. You have to literally sit in the salon for the entire 2-3 hours, and they will not allow you to leave, even for a few minutes to use the restroom or eat, or else you'll get skipped. So don't plan on using a layover to get any services done, because you probably won't be able to. read more
