I've been living in Colorado for nearly five years and have only gone to one massage place on the opposite side of town, so I recently decided to try something closer after moving. I found this spa through Groupon and booked a couple's massage for my partner's birthday. When I initially called to confirm the booking (since I hadn't selected a specific date on Groupon), there seemed to be some confusion about how the Groupon reservation worked. We did end up getting a time on the calendar over the phone. However, on the day of our appointment when we arrived, we were told after going back and forth in person that we didn't actually have anything scheduled. We then had to reschedule on the spot for about an hour and a half later based on their availability, so we left and came back at the new time. When we arrived again, we had the wait for about 20 minutes. The couple's massage setup was not what we expected--we were placed in separate spaces with a curtain between us, whereas in past experiences at other spas, couples massages have always been in the same room. The Groupon also listed four add-ons, but we only received two during the service. The front desk explained that we would receive those add-ons. During the massage, I noticed that she only did two of the add-ons. We didn't argue and just finished the appointment as scheduled. Unfortunately, the massage itself was disappointing for both of us. My massage therapist seemed to focus more on areas that weren't tense and applied pressure in a way that felt more on bone than muscle. I left with soreness rather than relief, and I also developed headaches afterward, which is not typical for me after a massage. My partner also shared that his massage did not feel properly targeted or effective. Another concern was that my massage therapist appeared to be unwell during the session, coughing and heavily breathing throughout. At one point, she had to step out briefly. Shortly after returning home, I began feeling sick with a fever and have been unwell for about a week since. They have an open layout here so no private rooms, but I actually enjoy that more as I feel more safe that way with other people around. The first time we went it was amazing the massage was great and owner was friendly and gave us a punch card. The second time we came in the lady at the front desk was very rude not friendly at all. We paid in cash to get free hot stones and didn't receive them. We checked out at the end and the lady made us feel bad for leaving $10 per person tip. She said it was 90mins and that wasn't enough. If you're not accustomed to Chinese massages then prepare yourself. It's vastly different from a massage you would typically get from a salon/franchise, but in the most spectacular way. Omg this was my first time getting a massage at Le Spa Relaxing Hub. I booked a 1 hour foot massage for myself and my daughter in law who was visiting from California. I had Anna and she had Lisa. I suffer from severe arthritis and I have never had a better massage in my life! Originally I was asked what my trouble spot and pain were located. Anna was fantastic she was gentle when there was a need but used the right amount of pressure and the stretching was amazing! My daughter in law was equally pleased with her massage from Lisa. I will definitely be back probably on a monthly basis! I have had foot massages in the past while living in California and this was by far the best one I have ever had. Amazing massage. I chose to do the foot reflexology and full body. I like deep massages. May did an amazing job. The owner was there to explain that you need to drink lots of water and inform the clients about Chinese massage. This is a well ran business. It is a nice atmosphere as well. Low lighting. They cover your eyes with a towel so you can relax in the foot area that is open to everyone doing the reflexology so you still feel like you are getting your own experience. Nice music. You then walk to the restroom where they have lockers and they give you a two piece outfit to change into. Bathroom/changing room and locker are all in one and I liked that. The massage tables were very comfortable. The massage pressure was lovely. Cost is perfect for the service you receive. The ladies were very polite and I enjoyed their technique. I did appreciate the communication when the hot rocks were about to be used. The rocks were a perfect temperature. I'd say the atmosphere was 6/10 relaxing, a dark room with soft music. Cons: I will say the outfits were too small and seemed to need replacement. I'm 5'4" athletic build and my boyfriend is 6'3" and a larger build and they gave us the unisex largest sizes they had. The shorts fit me snug and barely fit him but that's to be expected in Chinese style clothing. The massage, tho relaxing overall, was inconsistent. Techniques weren't always repeated on the opposing side. Communication physically and verbally wasn't strong. Usually a hand should be on the client and removing the hands should be a careful practice. Verbally they didn't express when they were switching liquid products (pain balm, CBD), so it was hard to tell if you got everything you paid for. Lastly, the area is open and separated by curtains meaning you can hear every phone conversation and sound of others walking, coming in to the building, etc but not a deal breaker for me. read more

The first time I came here, I was wondering if I was at the right place because their sign doesn't say "Le Spa." It's in the corner of a strip mall with a sign that says something simple like "Massage" or "Chinese Massage." Since then, I've been back a few times. The price is reasonable here, and the quality of the massage will vary based on who is doing the massage. This has been my experience at most of the Chinese massage parlors I go to: you get what you pay for, and sometimes, I come out of it pleasantly surprised depending on who my massage therapist was. AMAZING!!! Went for a 2 hour massage after hiking two 14ers and a whole week of 2k+ ft elevation gain hikes. After 11 days, my glutes, hamstrings, quads, and back were sore! All I wanted was someone to deftly work away and dig at my knots and promote circulation. Le Spa was PERFECT. My friend and I both got two hour massages in separate rooms and it was the most relaxing experience. She asked me if there were any areas I wanted to focus on and level of pressure. I wanted it hard... so tired of the fancy spas, where the masseuse is like kneading dough more than working away knots. She went at it and it felt SO so good. Price is also half of the fancier ones that I tipped 30% just to make sure they knew how gracious I was. Well deserved. She was nonstop for 2 hours. Was accommodated last minute for a 60 min couple's massage with two women- one older one middle aged, didn't catch their names. We had both asked for strong pressure but for my massage with the older woman, there was half pressure applied and no relief to the deeper tissue. Left me feeling uneasy as the motions were abrupt and there were no knots taken out. For my boyfriend's massage, the other woman just applied her elbow to his spine, not the muscles or tissue, for half of the session causing more pain than relief for the following days. Not acknowledging your customers' concerns nor showing any remorse will only hurt you in the long run. Called them at 8am and got in the same day at 10am for a couple's massage. Amazing service and care. I've never had hot stones before and it was wonderful. You get a choice of hard, medium, or light. This was the weirdest and most uncomfortable massage I've ever received, and I've been getting massage's regularly since I was in middle school. The "massage therapist" was never introduced to me, never got her name. She never asked about problem areas, previous injuries, what kind of pressure I prefer, etc. She did ask me if the stones were too hot, but other than that, no other questions. The experience started with her walking in on me without clothes on after I had responded to her that I wasn't ready for her yet. She did a couple leg stretch movements without tucking the sheet covering me under a leg or anything so my whole lower half (with a thong on) was exposed to her during the stretches/"massage". The massage rooms have no doors on them, just a curtain hanging about 2 ft from the ground, and about 1 ft from the top of the door frame. There was a ticking clock in the room that made it very hard to relax, and I could hear people in the hallway/other rooms talking. The person massaging me didn't provide a service that felt professional or knowledgeable, I doubt she's licensed. It was a lot of rough, rigid movements jolting me up and down, a lot of times on my spine. I won't be surprised if my spine has bruising tomorrow. She also did weird pinching/squeezing on my butt, over the sheet but still it was weird. My husband, who is uneducated in massage technique, gives better massages. I went in hoping to be relaxed and relieved of muscle pain and tension. I could not have gotten out of there fast enough. I've never in my life not tipped a service worker, but I couldn't leave one after that hour of me just wondering how much longer I had to continue laying there. read more

One of the best massages I've ever had. My masseuse was Rebecca and she just seemed to know where to be really deep and where to lighten up without me telling her. I had done something to the muscles on either side of my lower spine from a workout, worse on my left side. By the time she was done, I didn't have any residual pain on my right side and my left was significantly better. They had a special for 75 min massage with cbd oil and hot stone for $70, such a great price. For those reviewers that were upset about paying upfront, that's only if your paying cash. Not sure why that is, but that's the deal. Also, this is a "Chinese" massage, so if your expecting a Swedish or something you might get at a higher end spa like Woodhouse, this is not the place for you.
