I've been living in Colorado for nearly five years and have only gone to one massage place on the opposite side of town, so I recently decided to try something closer after moving. I found this spa through Groupon and booked a couple's massage for my partner's birthday. When I initially called to confirm the booking (since I hadn't selected a specific date on Groupon), there seemed to be some confusion about how the Groupon reservation worked. We did end up getting a time on the calendar over the phone. However, on the day of our appointment when we arrived, we were told after going back and forth in person that we didn't actually have anything scheduled. We then had to reschedule on the spot for about an hour and a half later based on their availability, so we left and came back at the new time. When we arrived again, we had the wait for about 20 minutes. The couple's massage setup was not what we expected--we were placed in separate spaces with a curtain between us, whereas in past experiences at other spas, couples massages have always been in the same room. The Groupon also listed four add-ons, but we only received two during the service. The front desk explained that we would receive those add-ons. During the massage, I noticed that she only did two of the add-ons. We didn't argue and just finished the appointment as scheduled. Unfortunately, the massage itself was disappointing for both of us. My massage therapist seemed to focus more on areas that weren't tense and applied pressure in a way that felt more on bone than muscle. I left with soreness rather than relief, and I also developed headaches afterward, which is not typical for me after a massage. My partner also shared that his massage did not feel properly targeted or effective. Another concern was that my massage therapist appeared to be unwell during the session, coughing and heavily breathing throughout. At one point, she had to step out briefly. I suffer from severe arthritis and I have never had a better massage in my life! Originally I was asked what my trouble spot and pain were located. Anna was fantastic she was gentle when there was a need but used the right amount of pressure and the stretching was amazing! My daughter in law was equally pleased with her massage from Lisa. You then walk to the restroom where they have lockers and they give you a two piece outfit to change into. Bathroom/changing room and locker are all in one and I liked that. The massage tables were very comfortable. The massage pressure was lovely. Cost is perfect for the service you receive. The ladies were very polite and I enjoyed their technique. I did appreciate the communication when the hot rocks were about to be used. The rocks were a perfect temperature. I'd say the atmosphere was 6/10 relaxing, a dark room with soft music. Cons: I will say the outfits were too small and seemed to need replacement. I'm 5'4" athletic build and my boyfriend is 6'3" and a larger build and they gave us the unisex largest sizes they had. The shorts fit me snug and barely fit him but that's to be expected in Chinese style clothing. The massage, tho relaxing overall, was inconsistent. Techniques weren't always repeated on the opposing side. Communication physically and verbally wasn't strong. Usually a hand should be on the client and removing the hands should be a careful practice. Verbally they didn't express when they were switching liquid products (pain balm, CBD), so it was hard to tell if you got everything you paid for. Lastly, the area is open and separated by curtains meaning you can hear every phone conversation and sound of others walking, coming in to the building, etc but not a deal breaker for me. read more

My friend and I both got two hour massages in separate rooms and it was the most relaxing experience. She asked me if there were any areas I wanted to focus on and level of pressure. Price is also half of the fancier ones that I tipped 30% just to make sure they knew how gracious I was. Well deserved. She was nonstop for 2 hours. Went during COVID and they follow appointments, which were not hard to make the day of on a Thursday. They all wore masks the entire time and gave hand sanitizer when we arrived and checked our temp. Was accommodated last minute for a 60 min couple's massage with two women- one older one middle aged, didn't catch their names. We had both asked for strong pressure but for my massage with the older woman, there was half pressure applied and no relief to the deeper tissue. Left me feeling uneasy as the motions were abrupt and there were no knots taken out. For my boyfriend's massage, the other woman just applied her elbow to his spine, not the muscles or tissue, for half of the session causing more pain than relief for the following days. We wouldn't recommend this place but it's a cute decorated spot if you get the right masseuse maybe. re: George- Your reply is a clear sign of how unprofessionally you run your business. Not acknowledging your customers' concerns nor showing any remorse will only hurt you in the long run. We actually called ahead of time and were called back by the front desk with an opened availability that day. This was the weirdest and most uncomfortable massage I've ever received, and I've been getting massage's regularly since I was in middle school. The "massage therapist" was never introduced to me, never got her name. She never asked about problem areas, previous injuries, what kind of pressure I prefer, etc. She did ask me if the stones were too hot, but other than that, no other questions. The experience started with her walking in on me without clothes on after I had responded to her that I wasn't ready for her yet. She did a couple leg stretch movements without tucking the sheet covering me under a leg or anything so my whole lower half (with a thong on) was exposed to her during the stretches/"massage". The massage rooms have no doors on them, just a curtain hanging about 2 ft from the ground, and about 1 ft from the top of the door frame. There was a ticking clock in the room that made it very hard to relax, and I could hear people in the hallway/other rooms talking. The person massaging me didn't provide a service that felt professional or knowledgeable, I doubt she's licensed. It was a lot of rough, rigid movements jolting me up and down, a lot of times on my spine. I won't be surprised if my spine has bruising tomorrow. She also did weird pinching/squeezing on my butt, over the sheet but still it was weird. My husband, who is uneducated in massage technique, gives better massages. I went in hoping to be relaxed and relieved of muscle pain and tension. I could not have gotten out of there fast enough. I've never in my life not tipped a service worker, but I couldn't leave one after that hour of me just wondering how much longer I had to continue laying there. read more

I had done something to the muscles on either side of my lower spine from a workout, worse on my left side. They had a special for 75 min massage with cbd oil and hot stone for $70, such a great price. For those reviewers that were upset about paying upfront, that's only if your paying cash. Great spot near the airport I have popped into on my way out of the airport and last time I went I brought my guests who had just arrived in Colorado. You could call ahead but I have had pretty good luck doing walk in. You are given shorts and a top to change into as well as a small electronic locker in the bathroom to place your personal items. The place is clean and everyone is kind. The menu of services can be very overwhelming as there are so many great choices. My recommendation is to let the guy at the front desk, who is reliably there, know what you are hoping for and where you need help on your body and he will make a good recommendation for you if you have trouble choosing something. If you've never been lucky enough to enjoy thai massage, just know it can feel very strong so be sure to vocalize your needs for how much you can tolerate.
