Switching my initial review after my experience today. They put my friend and I in the couples massage room. My massage was great and I was asked before hand if I wanted medium or hard. However, my friend next to me was never asked. The guy was really rough and she said multiple times to go softer because he was really hurting her. Her body language also was showing how painful it was. My lady even had to stop and tell him to go lighter and asked my friend if she was ok. He never went softer. She almost told him to just stop the massage all together. What really got me was after the massage I tipped my lady as I was satisfied. My friend did not tip because she was extremely dissatisfied. And he had the audacity to ask her TWICE for a tip. Saying she needs to tip him. Just because of that I will not be coming back and will no longer recommend this place again. read more

The massage was ok, I got paired up with the guy who had strong pressure and he didn't speak much English so it was hard to communicate with him for adjustments so I just went along with it. It was a much needed massage so I was considerate but overall don't think I would be back. We got haggled for 20% tip which we did not enjoy, tipping is optional and based on how happy you are with the service. My service was meh I should be able to tip accordingly read more

Absolutely Unprofessional - Avoid at All Costs! If you're looking for a relaxing and professional massage experience, DO NOT come here. The massage itself was okay, nothing spectacular, but the overall experience was beyond uncomfortable and completely unprofessional. First, they make you pay upfront before the service, which is already a red flag. But the worst part? When it came time to tip, the two employees stood there and blatantly watched my husband as he wrote the amount. When they decided the tip wasn't high enough, they pressured him to give more, claiming it was because two people worked in both of us. Excuse me? A tip is based on service, not on some shady guilt-tripping tactic. If you want to force customers into extra charges, just include it in your pricing instead of pulling this nonsense. This was not a relaxing experience--it was awkward, uncomfortable, and downright unacceptable. There are plenty of other massage places that actually respect their customers. I went in for a massage and the lady who gave me a massage was very nice, but spent 90% of my time there not actually massaging, just running her hands up and down my legs which I ask them to leave alone anytime I get a massage. I went in specifically because I have neck pain and she didn't even go near my neck or shoulders. When leaving, I called and asked if I can come back in and do 30 minutes with someone else because I wasn't happy with my massage and either wasn't understood or was dismissed. read more

I am only in town for the afternoon and decided to get a last minute massage. Called and was able to get an appointment right away. Great prices and quality massage in a private room. Pay up front with a minimal extra charge for using credit card. Got a great massage from Tom! I got the 90 minute for $75 and it included hot stones. There were a couple of times I did not understand Tom, but the second time he said I understood. I was able to add a tip after it was done, which I was thankful for because Tom deserves it! I have gotten expensive massages at luxury spas and also quick foot massages. I like these when I need a massage without all the extra amenities. My husband and I travel frequently and always try to get a couples massage wherever we go. My husband is 6'8" and I am a curvy 5'10", so we are large people. Through experience we've come to learn that wherever we go, my husband gets a female therapist and I ALWAYS get a male. Which was the case here. It must be a cultural thing because we have asked to switch and they won't. For whatever reason, male therapist are always lighter in touch and conveying your needs is sometimes a language challenge. At this facility, the male therapist I had spoke good English and we were able to communicate regarding pressure. I have been here a few times and loved it !!! This time was the worst massage ever ! First it was a male . I I am very uncomfortable with a male for my own reasons . They didn't ask me if I was comfortable. He was so very rough ! So rough I did not enjoy my massage what so ever ! I love deep tissue , but this man I am not sure what type this was . He never asked if I was ok . He could tell it hurt by the way I was flinching and didn't stop . He just went harder . There was a dog barking the whole time . This man was taking while massaging me to someone else I ended up in so much pain that night I couldn't sleep . My back is very bruised from this massage . When I went to tip , which you pay first then tip after he got very upset and pointed to their recommended tip sheet . He is lucky he even got a tip . The massage wasn't bad, not the best ever but not terrible. The lady was very aggressive in a way. She also literally made me very uncomfortable because when she pulled up the sheet, she also pulled up my underwear making me get a wedgie. As I went to pay the 45$, I tipped 15%. As I went to give her my recite, she continued to ask for a larger tip. I feel that it was incredibly unprofessional and made me extremely uncomfortable. Will not be returning. read more
