I read the reviews before coming but I noticed they were trying in their responses so I thought let me give them a shot. Absolutely never again. Let's be clear, tips are EARNED not just given because it's standard. My massage lady left the door open when she walked out for me to change, ok whatever, then the spots I circled on their form were hardly worked on, I also circled medium pressure, it was a glorified rub and I truly felt not much, she did put the hot stones on a towel and on my back but half of one was on my skin and left a red burn mark for the night, then she left the door open when she was done....mind you, I'm not clothed?? Come pay time. She asks me how much I want to tip and I said $12 (this was $1 less than 20% which I believe is still kind considering I wasn't pleased) and she says "$15 ok?" And I said "no, I said $12" and she grunts and says "oh my gosh." And storms off after giving me my card back. From beginning to end I wasn't pleased and then was hassled for a greater than 20% tip. I am so, so glad that I found this place. Nikki is a wonderful massage therapist, with pressure that is both gentle and firm. She is responsive to my specific needs, goes the extra mile to make sure I am comfortable and relaxed, and intuitively focuses on the places where my muscles are the tightest. The hot stones were a nice addition to a perfect spa / reflexology escape. Everything is so new and clean, and they use gloves and masks and provide hand sanitizer. There are enough spaces (4) in a small room to have a girlfriend's day out, but since it was just me they put me in the room by myself. Came from Dallas looking for a nice rub down and this spot was GREAT! Nice staff and clean facility. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because when we paid, they added an extra $5 (couples massage $50/ each is what was advertised; came out to $55 each) and then she REQUESTED another $10 each?! Received a deep tissue massage and the woman incorporated hot stones for free and worked out the knots in my shoulders. Good experience.

This place does not deserve a star we called last minute we were grateful to get in she told us it was going to be $100 for two for an hour they made us fill out a paper say what our problem areas was I guess this is to look professional they did not focus on these areas whatsoever the one girl that did my boyfriend's massage I think she did a decent job the girl that did mine she was so thin she was hurting my back then she kept doing these massage techniques that were just making me hurt she was not trained whatsoever they were so unprofessional to the point where every time the phone rang or somebody came to the door they would stop in the middle of the massage to deal with that customer or client the worst part about the whole thing was I when I went to the bathroom I noticed they had cameras in the back so basically while everybody's getting undressed they have videos of all this going on this has made me feel uncomfortable all day long read more

I was definitely impressed with this place! The quality of the massage and the price was definitely great!! My only complaints would be a few things my lady did during my massage (lack of really using the hot stones and continuously walked away from the table) and the fact that the staff was talking in and out of the room during the massage. I'm so disappointed. I stopped by a few weeks ago and had a great massage. So much so I made an appointment 2.6.22 for my husband and me. We were greeted and presented with a paper that we filled out. The sheet asks if there are areas of focus, so you circle the area on the body map. It also asks about the pressure of the massage, and it asks what your purpose of the visit is. I checked the box to relax. However, that was not the case. My therapist had her phone buzzing the majority of the massage. I could tell she was texting because she would move her elbow awkwardly, or the massage would stop. At one point, I had to clear my throat so that she could get back to massaging me with intention. I leave my phone in the car or turn it off to get away from the technology. I wasn't expecting to be bothered while I was getting my massage. My husband just wanted his head, hands, and feet rubbed. Mid massage, he also reminded her about the focus points he circled in the body map. The therapist still did her own thing. We both were not happy with the services these two provided. After paying and still leaving a tip, the therapist approached my husband and told him we did not leave the other $20 that the $20 tip is for each therapist. That wasn't polite, considering we didn't get what we paid for terrible service. read more

This was my first massage experience. There was no discussion around what type of massage I wanted or the pressure to be applied. I was in terrible pain during the massage and spent a sleepless night due to being unable to lie on my back. This morning I have around 8-10 bruises on my back due to the pressure. As my first massage, I didn't know this was not the experience I should have had; massage is not supposed to cause excruciating pain. Lucy gave the massage. This was the worst experience ever. These people are definitely not licensed, nor taken a class in their life. 1 lady started my message, then another took over. They refused to close the door, which isn't cool. I kept getting scratched by her nails, she poured oil in my ears, then stuck her fingers in my ears, she put oil on my face without asking, which is beyond infuriating. I just paid to have my face lasered and cannot put that crap on my face. She ran her elbow down my spine. Big no no.... stick to muscles, not bones and tendons. It was so painful, I think she messed up my back worse. She THREW hot rocks on my back, literally hit me all over, including my stomach. I was so nauseous and in pain. She kept taking her fingertips and pushing them into the side of my butt, rolling me half off the table. I had to tell her to stop numerous times. On top of that, she kept farting, then leaving the room! My friend didn't get even close to a full hour. Then the lady demanded a tip afterwards. Let's face it, she should be paying me to put up with that torture! She's human, so she got $5. Then she complained about the $5! I went here specifically to get some pain relief from a couple knots in my shoulder, and left with a headache, bruises, and nauseous. DON'T GO HERE! read more

Aurora & Centennial have a lot of massage businesses to choose from. And long ago I started considering massage therapy more of a necessity than a luxury. But it can really put a dent in the budget at $80 to $100 a session (& that's without tip), especially for a couple. So for years I have looked for the best value. A good massage without all the trappings (e.g., Biltmore Hotel vs The Massage Place (So California)). I think Yellowstone Massage easily satisfies my needs. I notice that Yelp reviews are often harsher than Google reviews. And I know some will have a bad experience no matter what. So I try to give a business the chance where there isn't a strong online consensus. At $50 for 60 mins I had to try Yellowstone and I was not disappointed. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised by the skills of the massage therapist Angela (who really knew how to work out my ridiculously tight muscles), and that hot stones were included. $50!? It's an excellent deal. Even for a skeptic, that price makes it worth at least a try. read more
