First timer and I'll for SURE be back!!! I love massages and this place was amazing. I was greeted so nicely by the owner. The private room was so clean. My massage therapist was TOM and he was absolutely amazing. He checked on the pressure and adjusted if I needed, he focused on areas I needed work on and also did my pressure points. I am pretty particular and I don't like someone to just soft touch massage and he did not disappoint. He was awesome!!!! read more

First class location and a great full body, deep tissue massage. I booked a 60 minute but it was so great that I asked to extend to 90 minutes and it was worth every cent. Deep massage, stretching, and hot stones made me feel an inch taller and 10 years younger. read more

The highlands ranch one is better due to the friendliness and the experience. I usually get the full body with deep tissue, but this time they only did my back and legs. At the other location they make sure to get feet and arms and hands. read more

I go here frequently and honestly I'm never ever let down !! I always walk out feeling refreshed ! The staff is always professional , the wait times are minimal and everything is clean . Highly recommend! read more

Price posted wasn't the same as charged, so I felt disappointed. All and all the massage itself was ok.

Clean and professional for a great price! I came here with my boyfriend on a Sunday for a couple massage. We made reservations but if it's a slow day I'm sure they will take walk ins. We did the 80-minute full body massage with the stone massage for $80. It was amazing! the pressure was just right and the hot stones felt great. This is a great spot for a basic massage. They bring you back to a room and give you time to get settled and cover yourself with a towel. You can wear undergarments or be fully nude, which ever you prefer. For the price I highly recommend, and plan on coming back. Overall 4.5/5 read more

Went in for a 90 minute couples massage and I have to say I was all around pleasantly surprised. I would say out of all the Chinese style massages I've had this one was the best. The pressure was excellent, my shoulder are very tender today after working out some knits. I enjoyed the hot stones. I feel the flow of the massage however was not fluid and I kept laughing because my massage therapist kept yawning through the whole massage making it a little difficult to relax. However, we were shorted on time and the amount of time between getting and then returning the hot stones was extensive. I would say the massage was actually only 80 minutes when you factored all of that in. At other locations the hot stones were always located in the room and the only time the therapist left was at the end of the massage. The facility was very clean, the staff was very friendly, and overall I would give it a 7/10. I will return and recommend this place in the future. read more

BEWARE- Nana is. mediocre massage therapist at best. for the second time in a row a 20% tip wasn't enough and she complained and argued my tip wasn't enough both times. totally unprofessionally trained. After voicing my concern with the alleged manager she assured me it was a language barrier and would never happen again. I doubt that I ever spoke with the manager or owner as I requested. I would steer clear of this place. read more

AMAZING massage! I've gotten massages all around the world and Andy at Li's massage is absolutely fabulous. Be sure to tip well because he is worth every cent. Highly recommend. Flew in from CA and needed to recover- this place delivers. read more

Treated myself to a 90 min combo. Two separate visits. I was rubbed and massaged head to toes by competent and friendly staff. Room and temp were quite comfortable. And if you are looking for a chill, non judgmental, safe experience this is the place. Really an oasis in the middle of life's chaos. Super affordable. Online menu of services and easy online scheduling. Once there, a huge menu in the side wall for last minute add ons. All sorts of options and very affordable. Just go do it because you are worth it. Get the deep tissue for 10 extra. Don't forget to tip - they deserve it! My new go to for body refreshment and relaxation. Loooove it. read more

Amazing massage! Ask for Lucy she is amazing! She did a Thai massage and did an amazing job

First we both have been receiving massages for over 35 years. I tend to stick with a high end spa but love supporting a local business. My BF booked a 90 minute couples massage for New Year's Eve as part of my Christmas presents. We walked into the room and the first thing I noticed when getting on the table face down was the head/face cradle. It was a cloth thing placed on the table and for me a paper towel covered the whole thing. I removed the paper towel and the massage therapist who spoke zero English came over and placed it back on the cloth cradle saying no no no. I said absolutely not I can't breathe. This silly cradle caused a horrible headache for both of us within a few minutes which lasted the entire time making it impossible to enjoy the massage which was for 90 mins. Much of the time was face down. My massage therapist sat on the table many times during the massage, never had that happen, also making me uncomfortable. Also the two massage therapists were chatting it up much of the time which is very unprofessional. I could go on and on but I believe this is enough. We will never return even though we would love to find a good massage studio for weekly massages read more

Ying is the best, by far, she's consistently giving the best massage! This spot is really great!

Really was in the mood for a massage, I haven't had one since moving to Colorado, so I was due! I did plenty of research on Yelp, and decided to try Li's, I'm glad I did! I got the 75 minute, deep tissue massage and for $85, it's a bargain. I had Abby, and she knew the right amount of pressure & even asked me if she could walk on my back ala Thai massage. She did a fantastic job & I really feel like a new man! At those prices I see myself doing at least two massages a month & I'm always going to ask for Abby. They have over 10 massage rooms to accommodate foot, chair & full body massages. Very clean, with a large waiting room with plenty of seating. read more

Beat massage I've had in a long time. Andy is absolutely amazing and so kind. So very very grateful.

Was traveling on business and felt a bit knotted up after weeks of sleeping on hotel mattresses, so I visited Li's. The office was clean, beautifully decorated and quiet. I only had time for an hour's massage this time, but the technician used deep pressure to work out the knots. I added a foot massage too, and fell asleep in the middle of it. Very professional experience at competitive costs. They have specials available for longer treatments and lots of combinations available. read more

My family and I have been to Li's many times and always enjoy our experiences. Dad says "best massage I've ever had and LOVED the technique for deep tissue." I enjoy more of a gentle, relaxing massage and that is exactly what I received with all the soothing of my back and hip pains. My sister and I have felt comfortable with the women who massage us and love that they check in throughout the massage and adjust according to what we need and ask. Thank you all SO much! read more

My husband and I booked same day full body massages. It was great to find a place for same day travelers. We ended up being in the same room, which was a big plus. Very friendly staff, great price, clean and nice looking establishment. We had a woman and man and they did a wonderful job. My husband needed deep tissue and he was extremely pleased with his service. Great reflexology massage place. read more

This is my go spot, literally. I typically go on Sunday's with no appointment. However a couple of weeks ago I went on a Friday. I had "YoYo" was her name possibly for the first time. 90 mins, a great massage! Again I mentioned I don't make appointments but she is going to make me call ahead next time! I booked a 75 min full body massage ($75) with the deep tissue add on ($10). I should have known what to expect with that price and when I smelled bleach as soon as I walked in the door. I should have delved deeper into the reviews. I have had a lot of massages, many deep tissue, and at many different places. This experience was very unpleasant. The massage technique was not soothing whatsoever. It was extremely rough and abrasive, with super fast and overly aggressive motions. I left with the skin on my back on fire and itchy from how much friction the masseur created. Additionally, my lower back is currently cramping in pain an hour and a half later. Yes, some muscle soreness after a deep tissue massage is to be expected, but what I'm experiencing is not normal. I do not recommend this place. read more

Wow. 5 stars. If you need a quick mental and physical rejuvenation, the 30 min reflexology here is incredible. And the price point is fire, so you won't feel bad about treating yourself here. read more

My second time here! My first massage was amazing, last night not so much! Today my neck and back hurt worse than before my massage!

A solid spot for a no-frills massage at a great price point. Over the holidays, my MIL wanted to send my husband and I out for massages. Spas book up like crazy during this time of year and so Li's Massage came to mind! You can call and let them know you're coming, but we walked in and got a couples room right away. We both got a 75 minute deep tissue massage which came out to about $200 total including tip. This is a really good option if you want a solid massage but don't expect aromatherapy, showers, a relaxation room, etc. You'll be taken to a room quickly, told to undress and a masseuse will be in shortly thereafter to get to work. I think it's a really good deal and I'd totally come back again, even if just for a dedicated neck and shoulders massage. Would recommend if you're in the area! read more

The best massage I'd ever had was in Thailand. This matched it! I wish I knew my therapist's name. He was amazing and so strong. It was 90-minutes of bliss. I require quite a bit of pressure on my back, neck and shoulders and he nailed it. He was kind and extremely professional. The entire staff is remarkably friendly, nurturing and flexible. I'd called the day before to request an early massage at 8 AM. They actually got someone to come in to accommodate my request. I wish I lived here. I'd get one at least once per month! But for sure when I roll through town again, I will book my appointment. The only cons were the cleaning supply scents or air freshener was way too strong for my sensitive nose and the table isn't a traditional one with an adjustable face cradle. I have a very small head so there was pressure on my neck as my head dropped through the table hole. But the massage and service were so good that I still had to give 5-stars!!!! read more

100% recommend this place to everyone! Super affordable prices and amazing massages. I got a head, neck and shoulder massage from Mark and it was so relaxing, I could feel him working on my knots and it was just wonderful. I hope to start to come once a month. I came home and immediately told my friends about the massage. Can't wait to return. read more

Such a beautifully run business! Li has so painstakingly created a high quality work of art throughout her shop! The bright elegance of the lobby includes the natural beauty of several glorious plantings which provide a sense of peace and harmony, the mark of a masterful green thumb! I only came in for head and hand massage and it was really good. Sadly, it was only 30 minutes, but I was short on time I will be back.

This was my first massage in like three years and I forgot how great a massage feels. I was greeted by a very friendly staff and the entrance was very bright and welcoming. The massage rooms are set at a fantastic temperature where I am not freezing cold. The rooms were clean and were not overbearing with fragrances from essential oils. My massage was fantastic. There were knots I didn't even know about thanks to working from home and being on the computer all day. He did ask me if the pressure applied was okay or not so they can adjust the pressure. For 60 minutes, a lot can be done. This was also my first time having hot stones on my back and it felt weird at first but afterwards, it felt wonderful. I will be getting more massages in my future. I didn't want to try anything fancy like deep tissue in case I cried but I will have to try it next time. read more

2 stars for the last minute walk in opportunity and for the great reception staff and their customer service! I walked into this establishment due to the last minute availability and the ratings being fairly good. My issue was with the masseuse who had no idea what he was doing. Despite my muscles tensing up and me flinching several times, he continued with the same amount of pressure and used the same technique. On more than one occasion I mentioned that it was very painful without any change. As a result, I stopped the massage and left before it ended. The pain is so bad that I can't put my backpack on due to excessive bruising. I have to say that the reception staff was very understanding and did not charge me for the full amount of time (I did tip to accommodate for that though) and asked if I wanted someone else but as I was in too much discomfort I declined. From past massages, the masseuse is able to read and accommodate their technique based off their clients reaction, but the more my muscles tensed up, the harder the pressure he used which wasn't what I needed. I am sure, based off others reviews, that there are more competent staff members there so I guess it wasn't my lucky day. read more
