Coming from out of town I came across this place on Sunday. I was able to do walk in and asked for the 1-hour combo feet and body. I was messaged by Ema, and she did an incredible job. I didn't know how bad I was until I left there feeling so refreshed and the pain in my feet felt better. I was impressed with Ema I went back Wednesday and did the same treatment. She put the hot stones and that sealed the deal I was the most relaxed I had ever been in a long time. This place is highly recommended. Both times I was able to walk in without an appointment. I will start by saying that just bc this was not for me doesn't mean it's not for you. I will also say that I am writing this at 1am following my massage bc of needle like pain in my back. I was hoping for a relaxing massage after a rough day. This was not it. I wish I had recognized the name as I have been to the other location as well and it is the same there. I got the 100 minute body massage and requested no deep tissue. What I got was deep tissue even after asking him to go softer. If this was not deep tissue idk what is. There were parts of the massage that were nice but half the time I felt tortured and internal screaming. And now I am up in the middle of the night due to this massage. I won't be surprised if I have bruises from this massage. It was also unpleasant that the head rest had a cheap paper towel you had to use and the headrest itself gave me a headache during the massage. I have been going to li's therapy for close to an year, things were going okay though massage was that great, my recent experiences were harsh and they don't address appointments on time and make you to close to an hour past your appointment, unprofessional behavior and rude responses is all l received when I check for appointment status. This was supposed to be a nice relaxing Father's Day massage. Unfortunately, that's not what I got. For starters, they had no female masseuses. I've never had a male massuer, but I thought, how bad could it be. For starters he came in in jeans. Not very professional in my opinion. Then there was nothing relaxing about it. He definitely loved using his elbows. I still have pain from this in the middle of my back. I did ask him to go lighter a few times but it just wasn't happening. I don't even know what they were doing. I get regular massages and whatever this was not a massage. They basically just drilled their elbows into my bones. None of the people who works here speaks any English. They only speak Mandarin. Back in Nov 2024, I regret giving this place a shot. I booked my appointment for their "Thanksgiving Specials" in the Highlands Ranch branch via their website. Their website never sent me any confirmation of my appointment at all so, I called their spa and told them I booked my appointment via their website. Whoever answered the phone only said "yea yea" and didn't seem to understand my question. She said "you come here tomorrow 9?" I asked her if I need to arrive at least 15 minutes before my appointment? She started shouting in broken English, "You come at 9! You come at 9!". I arrived 10 minutes earlier at the spa and their doors were still locked. The moment I walked in and there was no one at the frontdesk. There was one strange Asian man who can't speak English and mumbled at me and ran to the back and started yelling for someone to come out. Then, some old Asian woman showed up and she also can't speak a word of English. She kept on saying in broken English, "No English". I told her I'm here for my massage at 9 am. Told her my name and she looked confused and started flipping through their books and starts shaking her head. I got worried so I told her I booked my appointment on your website and she starts pulling out her cellphone and asked me to speak into the phone to translate it for her! LOL! Then she reads my response in Mandarin and speaks back into her phone in Mandarin and asked me to speak into her phone again! Unbelievable! She ushered me to one of their rooms. She said in broken English and pointing to herself, "Me massage you". I said okay. She asked in her cellphone in broken English if I wanted a male therapist. I told her "female". Then I had to go down to her English level and said, "girl!". Then she runs out of the room and I got on the massage table. Then, a totally different female shows up in the massage room and said "Me Linda". I told her that I would like to have the Thanksgiving specials massage. Then, she also pulled out her cellphone and asked me to speak into it. LOL! They cut 15 minutes out of my time even they were late in opening their spa and the confusion of my appointment. During the massage, the massage therapist kept running in and out of the room to get supplies, hot stones and hot towels. It wasn't a relaxing massage at all and pretty scary to be honest. As I checked out for my service, there was another different female who was standing at the frontdesk. This time, she asked me how my service was and I told her it was good as I didn't want to get into an argument with them. I just wanted to pay and get out of there as fast as I could. Then she told me oh we will charge you an additional $2.00 for using a credit card to pay. They only want to be paid cash. I was like what? So I paid it and then she even had the gall to ask for tips and she even tried to guilt trip me into giving them a higher tip while they only deserve ZERO tip. I filled out the tip line and she gave me the nastiest look on her face and started throwing a tantrum toward me and said, "You said massage was good right?! You pay more tip!!" If you are okay with subpar massage with non-English speaking massage therapists and rude non-English speaking staff who bullies their new customers, then this is the right place for you. Definitely never again! Take your business somewhere else who actually speaks English and offers real customer service. read more

First, we have both been receiving massages for over 35 years. I tend to stick with a high-end spa but love supporting a local business. My boyfriend booked a 90-minute couples massage for New Year's Eve as part of my Christmas presents. We walked into the room and the first thing I noticed when getting on the table face down was the head/face cradle. It was a cloth thing placed on the table and for me, a paper towel covered the whole thing. I removed the paper towel and the massage therapist who spoke zero English came over and placed it back on the cloth cradle saying no no no. I said absolutely not I can't breathe. This silly cradle caused a horrible headache for both of us within minutes and lasted the entire time. This made it impossible to enjoy the massage, which was for 90 minutes, with much of the time being face down. My massage therapist sat on the table many times during the massage as if he was tired and didn't want to stand anymore. I have never had that happen, which also made me uncomfortable. Also, the two massage therapists were chatting it up much of the time which is very unprofessional. I could go on and on but I believe this is enough. We will never return even though we would love to find a good massage studio for weekly massages read more

I'm back in town so returned to Li's. They have a Christmas special, which is a bargain - almost 2 hours for $100!! My husband and I had a couples room. My husband thought it was a very thorough treatment. What they should make clear on their ad, however, is the special includes a foot scrub OR hot stones (not both), and we were not given a choice. However, the hot stones were nice. Then I returned for the head spa. This is my first, so I don't know what other places provide, but I was pleasantly surprised with the preceding 30 min neck/back massage and the facial treatment, which included a face mask! The head spa itself was pretty much a head massage and an intensive shampoo, and my hair was air dried after. I've had different therapists for every visit, and they all have had very good technique - again, similar to the treatments I've had in Asia. Communication can be challenging for some, but the receptionist Eileen has been helpful. They all do a good job and want to please, so I don't mind tipping. There is an additional charge for paying with credit card. I look forward to future visits. read more

Another terrible massage shady place - are they massage certified licensed in the massages they offer? As it doesn't seem like it. The deep tissue was horrendous use of elbows is very unprofessional and actually hurts you more- I would never recommend this to anyone. Place looks clean but lacks true sanitary practices like the massage table and where u put head. Then looks tall about shakedown for tips. Seems like these shady Chinese massage places charge cheaper and then expect gigantic tips. This massage was awful and unhelpful to my body. She relieved my discomfort completely in addition to soothing my aching muscles! She trained as a doctor in China and her knowledge is evident!!! What a treat to receive her "healing" abilities! I have been searching for a regular massage spot but unfortunately, this won't be it. I wasn't asked to fill out any paperwork or "intake" forms when I arrived and when my massage therapist entered the room, I wasn't asked about problem areas or areas to focus or avoid - she just started the massage with zero communication. I had requested deep tissue and as far as I can tell, that just means the use of knuckles or elbows as opposed to hands. I had to stop the massage therapist several times because it was so painful. Worse, she used knuckles on my neck (which is my problem area) - this is so dangerous and a huge red flag. My neck was further injured as a result of this massage and I couldn't move it for almost two weeks. Important to note, I am used to deep tissue & sports massages by therapists who have mastered the techniques and really know how to read the human body but this massage felt unsafe and unbearable at times. Please do your research when looking for a massage therapist. You get what you pay for and I think it's worth paying more money for someone who knows what they are doing. read more

My wife and I have been regulars at the original Li's location for the last year or so. A month ago I called to book a massage with Eileen, who now works at this new location. Although it's a longer drive, it's 100% worth it! The new space is a major upgrade over the old. Super spacious, relaxing atmosphere, great facilities. My one minor complaint is the massage table face rests are a bit uncomfortable, but I quickly lose track of that once the massage is going. All the masseurs are great, haven't had a bad massage (speaking to experience at other location as well). Owner (or maybe manager?) is very friendly and accommodating. Prices are EXTREMELY reasonable for the quality of service and experience. I am a massage snob but not trying to pay spa prices every time, this is the best value for semi-regular massages I've found in the Denver metro area. read more

For my first time ever going to this company and location I was Impressed. I got a 90 minute full body massage and it's the best massage I think I've had. They focused on the areas I needed them to and the pressure was great. The only two things I noticed were "weird" were the amount of glute work, and the lack of time to get undressed. Otherwise my experience was excellent. What others are saying about the no intake form and no introduction are true as well. I did not have any injuries that could've been aggravated by a massage. 1. No waiver/intake was required and everyone lacked communication. 2. The massage itself was extremely painful. My boyfriend and I are in a ton of pain hours after the massage. I was sobbing into my pillow and when I brought up my pain, the guy chuckled and continued. They also kept leaving the room during the massage, I'm assuming to get more things they needed, but still super uncomfortable and unprofessional. 3. The woman massaging my boyfriend was apparently on the table with him in a strange manner. Making us both very uncomfortable. 4. Laying down we also had rough paper towels on our faces, which overall did not feel nice. 5. I also had a lot of moments where I was uncomfortable with the strange butt massages. I wanted to like this experience, especially with how reasonable their pricing is. However I will not be returning after my first and only experience there. Here's why: 1. There was NO paperwork to fill out asking for problem areas or injuries (more on that later). No paperwork whatsoever. They never even asked my name, just if I had a reservation. I was taken back to a room by the receptionist immediately. 2. I had a male massager (?therapist, not sure if he had any credentials as he didn't even introduce himself to me); and I'm female, which in itself doesn't bother me but this will also come up later. But it is a little strange for a man to come in without an introduction and start touching your body. 3. Massage was ok. A little rough for my tastes at times but I did ask for a deep tissue massage and to his credit, he did ask if it was "ok" a few times during the massage. However, here are where my issues lie - at one point near the end when I was face down, he asked me to clasp my hands behind my head and he lifted my torso off the table using my arms, which simultaneously fully exposed my breasts and re-injured a shoulder injury I was healing from. When I tried to tell him he was hurting me, he didn't understand (only the 3rd time he finally understood me as he apparently didn't know more than a few words in English). On top of that, the reason I wanted a massage in the first place (head, neck pain) was never focused on (no paperwork or questions) so I left there in worse shape than I walked in. As a business owner myself I hesitated to write this review but I feel I need to warn people, especially if you have injuries that may be exacerbated by their techniques. I guess I'll pay more and go to a more traditional massage therapist in the future. read more

Li's Massage is the best hands down! My husband and I try to go once a month as a little treat for ourselves. We've had many different therapists (at both locations) and always a top notch massage every time. They always have amazing specials and pricing is beyond good for what you get. We always ask for deep tissue too. It's a "hurt so good" massage every time. The owner and staff are all very friendly. She used her hands, arms, elbows and knees (I purchased the full body massage with the add for deep tissue massage).
