I drove in from out of state, and me and my adult daughter wanted to get a much needed muscle work. I called beforehand to make sure they had availability, and we were greeted pleasantly. However, as soon as the woman began my session, I felt like I was getting abused. She was not gently at all. It was more like rough pushing, way too hard even though I said medium pressure. She flung the sheet over me without care. She was also sick because she had to leave the room to hack up her coughing and drink water. This was not what I wanted or needed. Not worth the price either. The next 2 days, my upper back and spine was bruised. I should have filed a complaint, but hope this message speaks for itself. So disappointed and hurt.

When we walked in, I was surprised to see styling chairs like you see in a salon, and hairdryers (like the kind you sit under). There was only one lady working when we walked in. She was able to communicate she had an appointment at noon, and only had time for a half hour reflexology session. My friends encouraged me to go into the back with her, and they'd be back in a half hour. As I walked to the back I saw a couple of rooms set up with single massage tables, and then a space set up for shampooing hair (the chairs & sinks). I stopped in the restroom first, which was clean and orderly. I then walked into a long room that had 4 or 5 beds set up. She had me sit down, and once my feet were in the tub, I leaned back comfortably. As she worked on my face, head, neck, and shoulders, I was able to really relax. The room was dimly lit, and gentle music was playing, deepening my relaxation. She was efficient - definitely had the routine down. When she was done with my upper body, she took my feet out of the water and dried them off, placing them up so my legs were comfortably straight. She worked my feet briefly before moving to my lower legs. My lord, she worked them over! She moved back to my feet, and in the last few minutes, worked my thighs, even doing a few hip stretches. I felt amazing afterwards, and was really happy with her services. The reason for 4 stars was communicating was not the easiest.

This is the most sketchiest scammy uncomfortable weird place I found myself wandering into. I…read moreusually don't mind the hole in the wall spots but this one gave me the weirdest feeling from the first step into the door. New to the area so I thought I would try it out. I walk in a the environment is super dark , almost as if it is closed I shout a quick hello so I'm not too loud or disruptive if there is others there. The lady comes around the corner to address me an I ask about prices for 1 hour back. She points to a small paper with the amounts written ,$60 one hour body massage. As I repeat what I read, I clearly confirm price. I agree an follow her down the hallway, again dark questionable not being able to verify the cleanliness of the establishment. As she escorts me to the room , she comes in closed the door an demanded me "pay money" I was a bit confused as I usually am not asked to pay upfront an began to look into my wallet for my credit card I hand her over my card and she says $20 tip more. It wasn't the amount I was questioning but I was still uneasy about how i felt , an how she demanded payment before service over an over , personally I would have preferred to make my own decision on amount of tip an not upfront . As I continued to agree along with getting the service I began to decide if I wanted to pay cash , thinking if I did it would not require the $20 tip. As I have my wallet open. The lady notices a $100 bill in my wallet and decided it was okay to reach in and take possession of the bill. I was at the moment very uneasy. I was shook! But thought f it , go ahead an get me change. She walks away but comes back an says no change. I decided no way am I paying $100 up front I already feel uncomfortable about this encounter. I go to ask for my money back , she gets upset and almost doesn't give me back my $. I snatch my money back and began to walk out while she guards the door. I continue to say "no thank you , changed mind no service " she then follows me out the door and to my car in front. I entered my car an she stands at my passenger window an bangs on the glass shouting "okay, $60 , no tip" I was soooo uncomfortable even more after this , as I'm so scared an confused I'm trying to concentrate trying to start my car she is still at my window banging an then goes an opens my car door!!!!!! I start screaming at her ! As funny as all this is writing out , it was sooooo freaking weird . I don't even know how I got into such situation, and was so uncomfortable as I was trying not to be rude. This business is not what I expected it to be. I really don't know how to feel about it. I feel as if they definitely were off for charging up front, maybe for their own reasons but so sketchy a for her to follow me to my car an open my door!
