We had been there once before quite some time ago, and this visit reminded us why we liked it so much. The prices are very competitive, especially for the quality of service you receive. The atmosphere was calm, clean, and incredibly relaxing from the moment we walked in. The massage therapists were excellent, they instinctively knew exactly what I needed. They used just the right amount of pressure and worked through a tremendous amount of tension in my shoulders and neck. I tend to carry stress for long periods of time and live in a constant "fight or flight" mode, so when someone truly works out those deep knots and helps your body relax, it can almost feel like a shock to your system. I was a little nauseous afterward, but that's completely normal when you release that much built-up tension. After a carb-heavy, high-protein meal with a little sodium, I felt much better. The next morning I'm definitely sore, but again, that's expected when you've been holding onto that much tightness. What matters most is that I feel lighter, both physically and emotionally. My circulation feels better, the tension is gone, and I genuinely feel like a heavy burden has been lifted off my shoulders. My husband and I absolutely plan to return regularly. If you're carrying stress in your body and need real relief, Coco Massage is worth it.

The first time its was really…read morehectic I keep getting emergency calls and she kept being interrupted as well with whatever was going on with them. So we both understood eachother and laughed it off. Im all for trying to make things right and not be to judgemental because just like the day I was having, she was too. Life happens! And to make it VERY clear I went that time for a 60 minute through a Groupon so it only cost me $67.50. She was very nice and gave a little extra time because again she got interrupted A LOT and had to keep stopping. I paid for my session and even tipped her $30 because again I understand life happens and we both had seen better days, so I thought. So i went again Now this time I went i paid FULL price plus a 3 dollar card fee for a 90 min session. $108 with the same lady. I wanted 3:30 they askAgain, she had to stop a few times for being interrupted, and again I didn't feel any way about it because maybe they are just busy and by the way this time i wasn't on my phone. The session ended. I was giving her a 20% tip and im not even obligated to do that. But then she looks at me and goes "oh you can tip more bigger, longer time more tip" I look at her for a second went in my wallet an i pulled out some more one dollars. I dont even remember how many because by this time i was already pissed! How do you tell someone what they can and cant "tip" its a tip! After I already paid FULL PRICE AND A FEE FOR THE SERVICE YOU PROVIDE. Im a person that likes quality over quantity. I like to stick and invest in one place and person once im settled. Im a very very loyal customer. And when I can i go above and beyond for that person because I genuinely respect what you do. Sometimes might be more then others but I always got you. I don't like to write reviews because im not that person. However this did not sit right with me at all. Im a mom, i work with the elderly on the daily in their homes and I take care of my siblings my days a long and i barely get me time. I dont want anyone else to feel like I did in that moment when your just trying to relax and escape reality for a little. And the sad part i should have went to the reviews in the beginning everyone is experiencing the same thing an all i see is them saying "im sorry we will look in to that and address it" but obviously still don't. So thats my own fault! Lesson learned the worst $130+ I spent in a very long time!!

My favorite massage is the combo: 30 minutes reflexology (which includes a scalp and facial massage), and 30 minutes full body. Reflexology and facial massage can help with sinuses. This time, because I was in serious pain, I did the 90-minute combo for $85. Ooooooh. Owwww. The reflexology was wonderful and relaxing--the facial and scalp massage are done while your feet soak in a bucket of hot water--but the bodywork is INTENSE. My pain was mostly concentrated between my shoulder blades, and lower back. Like all Asian massages for pain, the process is painful. The therapist used her elbows on the knots in my shoulders. She found and kneaded out areas of tension. The massage finishes up with hot stones and a wipe with a warm towel to remove the oil. I'll admit that I was kind of happy when it was over, lol. But when it was, I felt SO much better!! I love this place. I hadn't been here in years (Coco Massage, their sister spa, is closer to my house), but they remembered me!

However, they could be a bit more professional. While it was a decent massage, I know it wasn't the full hour. I don't remember the name of the woman who gave me my massage. During my massage she picked up 2 phone calls, since she brought the business phone into the room with her. I've never had that before. Then I could hear and feel her cell phone vibrate in her pocket a couple of times. She also stepped out of the room a couple of times to speak with new customers walking in. I just thought this was super unprofessional, which is how I know I didn't get a full hour massage because I arrived early and left before the hour. I also don't like places that want you to pay before getting your massage. She swiped my card for payment prior to the massage, and had me complete the tip section.
