I've gotten massages most of my adult life and although not usually someone to post reviews, wanted to say something about my experience here. Five stars Eric. It wasn't rushed at all. I never had to ask for different pressure. He found all of my sore spots without me having to tell him where they were. There wasn't too much talk or too little talk with awkward silence. Nice place. Very clean and the person at the desk was nice. The massage wasn't anything special.I asked for deep tissue but got just the standard rub with medium pressure. The masseuse asked how the pressure was and I asked for more but never got it. They give you what they expect for a tip even though a tip is for good service, I left what I though was appropriate for not listening to me and I told the receptionist that. read more

I have been to quite a few massage therapists both friends that have graduated from Denver School of Massage Therapy and people at business' that I have tried out. Even at other Elements locations. I recently met Corina (sp) at the Tower and Hampden location and she has been heaven sent. I got sick two years ago and it has been a struggle to find someone that will listen and trust their intuition to help me at the same time. Corina has already started to help me with my muscular and nerve issues within the first month of weekly visits already. She also graduated at The Denver School of Massage Therapy and she must have the touch! It takes talent and experience with any job, and she's got it! *High Five to Corina for being such a Massage Therapist ROCK STAR!* Elements takes HSA cards and you can also get it charged to you insurance through the proper steps as I have. If your doctor thinks it's necessary get a doctor's note and make the call to your insurance. I have BCBS and they are all in as it dcreases other doctors bills and medications. My wonderful husband got me a gift card for an 110 min massage for my birthday. I could definitely have used it several times by now, but was too busy. We finally got the chance to cash it in with two 55 min massages, because he needed it too! Elements wants you to show up 5 minutes early to fill out 30 seconds worth of paperwork. They tried to sell us on a loyalty program but weren't too pushy about it. The massage started a few minutes late, but also went a few min over, so it worked out. The therapist asked what I wanted worked on, and addressed that area specifically. He checked several times about the amount of pressure and if I wanted him to go over anything before moving on. The massage was nice, and I have no real complaints. I personally like the results of dry needling better, but it was definitely a good experience. At the end of the massage you get a chocolate mint and bottle of water as a bonus! read more

Kind of bummed. The massage was nice and everyone made me very welcome but less than 4 hours later I was in worse pain than when I went in. I feel like I've been hit by a bus! Great service!!! Upon entering I was greated by two friendly front desk staff members :-) My therapist Dieken, was great!! He listened to my concern areas and spent the full hour working on that spot (I requested that to be done). Next time I'll go for a full body massage, but today was a target specific area.
