However, my friend next to me was never asked. The guy was really rough and she said multiple times to go softer because he was really hurting her. Her body language also was showing how painful it was. My lady even had to stop and tell him to go lighter and asked my friend if she was ok. He never went softer. She almost told him to just stop the massage all together. What really got me was after the massage I tipped my lady as I was satisfied. My friend did not tip because she was extremely dissatisfied. And he had the audacity to ask her TWICE for a tip. Saying she needs to tip him. Just because of that I will not be coming back and will no longer recommend this place again.

This made us extremely uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about professionalism. In addition, communication was very difficult because the staff spoke very limited English, making it hard to discuss the service or address concerns. The massage itself was poor quality and did not meet our expectations. The techniques seemed unprofessional, and the overall experience felt rushed and uncomfortable. We left feeling disappointed and dissatisfied. Based on our experience, we will not be returning.

I saw that they had availability on a Sunday afternoon and decided to schedule a 80-90 min after a pedicure appointment at 6pm. Emily was amazing. She did deep tissue massage with a complementary foot scrub and eye warming mask. She did great bodywork and definitely focused on my challenging areas. I feel so relaxed and rested.
