All the amenities needed after the massage was available- razor, toothbrush/paste, brush/combs etc. The eucalyptus sauna was amazing! Then proceed to the relaxation lounge- beautifully decorated! The soft music was calming. There were private areas to relax with curtains and common area. Lots of pillows and blankets. OMG! I was addicted to the coconut infused water so refreshing!! There was coloring available! Love that art activity was offered. Massage Therapist Tayler was so amazing!!! Magical soothing hands! The massage table was heated. When I turned on my back, the head of the table raised up as did my knees. Felt as if I was being cradled- so relaxing. Enjoyed having my feet wrapped with moist heat! Highly recommend! I filed my own nails after she did a pass, as my nails were still very uneven (mostly on the sides). While cleaning my nails, one of the nails came undone and the technician had to redo it. Not a good sign. I was unhappy with the uneven job and poor quality, but figured I didn't want to deal with drama so I paid and left. But then while waiting for my flight, I noticed that the gel was lifting up off on the thumb and was about to peel off. I went back to XpressSpa to try to get my money back. They said they could not offer a refund at the location; they did offer to fix the nail but my flight was about to start boarding so I wanted to get back to the gate. I am in communications with XpressSpa customer service to get a refund. $50 is too much money for a bad gel. Less than a day later and half the thumb has peeled off. :( Stick to the massages at XpressSpa's but perhaps skip the mani!

It provided a much needed service, and Eva who was my provider for a 15 minute chair massage did a great job considering the limited time. There was more talking than I would have liked. So though I did get service without a wait and you cannot argue against the convenience of the location, the prices are outrageously high - $170/Hour, for example, is their current posted rate for a table massage. Another downside is the space is tiny. It's not good to have conversations about your personal health while you are literally 6 feet or less from other customers, and my provider did so the whole time I was getting worked on, so 2-3 other people got to listen to it all. FYI, as others have mentioned, the table that you would use if you booked a table massage is just as close as the chairs and you would literally have a only a flimsy curtain between you naked on a table and a random person getting a chair massage. This is, IMO, a really inappropriate setup. Pay for the space (especially at the rates you charge) and build a room with a door to provide privacy and relieve from noise and conversations.
