The tech was rough filed my nails too short for almond shape and I was to purchase a new set or have nubs for nails. The rough tech ended up cutting me terrible with the nail file and I request a new one after she messed up on the nails and cut me. If my cut becomes infected I WILL BE BACK WITH A CIVIL SUIT!!!!!!! Do not go here! Time to find another nail shop after going here for 7 months and giving them many, many chances. This is my first time back since the Corona lockdown lifted and I will not be going back. There are better nails salons in the area even though I would have preferred to go here. The nails never last 2 weeks from this place, a lot of the polish is old and I suspect the acrylic is too because my nails tend to break or come off when I get them done here. Well I have long natural nails, asked for an almond shape but to keep them as short as possible. She made them oval with no points at all. Then I picked out a color from the book with the fake nail swatches, burgundy so dark it's almost black. Two coats of dip later she asks me to wash my hands and I can tell the color won't be getting any darker after the top coat goes on. Well my nails are bubblegum pink and the number in the book matched the number on the dip powder jar. I told her this isn't what I wanted and and she said "oh well we go dark next time then". Checked in at 5:45 on a Friday night and was in the chair by 5:50! Great first impression. I came in for a gel fill in with gel polish. The tech that services me was very detail oriented although a little rough, I didn't mind because she did an amazing job and nothing bled...so there's that! They have 7 pedicure stations and at least 10 nail stations with about 8 technicians. They have a wiiiiide variety of dips, tips, gels and everything in between. This final visit I had a manicure and pedicure. The place was quiet, but the unfriendly artist was still rushed and very rough with me. My nails were shaped unevenly, the paint chipped within a day, and soon, two of my nails cracked and I had to cut them right down. First of all, the woman who was doing my nails treated my natural nails poorly, after a while my cuticles started hurting but I didn't think too much of it until I ripped open a bag of chips and the salt started burning around my fingers. Along with that the acrylic was unevenly distributed throughout the nail causing the color to not look smooth. Besides my problem my friends nails were uneven in size, crooked (and she asked if he could fix it and he basically ignorant about what she said), and made yet another one crooked. 0/10 definitely would not recommend coming here. read more
