SUPER BAD SERVICE!!!! Never again will I just walk into a place with out reading the reviews. All the lady's with bad attitude like if we weren't paying if we ask for add on it's because I'm paying for them worse experience of my life. Came home to wash my feet in vinegar and alcohol just in case of anything don't want to catch anything!!! read more

My nail tech was Selina and that lady really lacks customer service skills. She is irritated when you request add ons and she becomes short and push my hand aggressively. I sat there cause I just wanted to be done I don't have time to go somewhere as I am traveling the same night. She start my service and then transferred me to a different lady midway. I Said NO. They do this all the time, I used to accept it until I realized that the other lady is new and doesn't really do a great job. I am done giving them my business. I can see why the salon is never full and busy. Selena just don't work with ppl. Do something else. read more

Crystal Nails & Spa - New set. French style. Worst job ever - Nail Salons Near Me - Denver, Colorado

I always try to leave positive review but that was the worst manicure I've ever received. Bled on 3 nails. Not clean salon. Would not recommend. This is what my nails looked like right before being painted. I decided not to have my nails painted because all of my old polish wasn't even removed properly. Super bummed with my experience and I that I paid 35$ to have to finish the job at home read more

This salon, hands down, was the dirtiest I've ever been in, in 35 years. The nail stations were dirty. There was clutter all over the salon.. Even the woman who did my nails had dirt under her fingernails! She cut my cuticles several times. I truly do not know how they keep their license. read more

don't come here my mom got a fungus's infection after my mom started coming here to get her toes done she no longer will because she noticed that when she came to let them know the don't sterilize the tools that they use. they just dip them in water and reuse them again on a different perso. read more

The technician was very rough with me. She cut me several times, and I worry that sanitation isn't the top priority here. Initially I wasn't going to worry about it, but it's been a few days and the areas where I got cut are still hurting. She dug really deep into my nail bed on my big toe and it is swollen. Today I noticed a little blood too. This was Fri that I had the pedi, and today is Mon. There's no reason for this! read more

I believe her name was Lynn shes the lady who works the first station on the left side near the front desk Her brushes weren't clean they were dirty. She didn't bother to clean them she just shook off the excess buildup and continued working with my nails. I asked if she knew how to do designs and she said "no, I don't know how to do that, only celina" She redid 3 of my nails all over again because they were uneven asf and so nasty looking but then they look worse than the first time she did them My nails have bubbles and uneven lines Don't go here LOL ! read more

the ladies were rude, talking in Vietnamese and probably talking bad about me. they were trying to force me to pay for a $50 pedicure. then saying that $5 extra for their nasty scrub. I had plain water that was cold and they didn't add anything to the pedicure tub. they were not welcoming or friendly and the lady who painted my nails was messy. horrible service. I will never come back read more

So I'm from out of town so maybe standards are just different but to pay $30 for gel polish for French tips , no added nail , nothing special is a bit much not to mention they don't do any cuticle care it's literally $30 just to paint your toes. There is no maintenance or care for the actual nail. But paint job looks good. read more

Used to love this place it's gone down hill they charged my mom 50 for a pedi but charged me 35 when we got the same exact thing done. And after when we were paying my mom told her it's for a two pedi and mani and paid and as we were driving off the lady came running after us that we didn't pay for the pedi. Horrible they didn't even give a little message for the pedi like they did before Oh and the color I choose looked nothing like it did on the book read more

Don't recommend!!! Not sanitary. I've been here twice first time satisfied and no problem. I was there yesterday 3/11/23 at 11am for a rebase. The tech was rough filed my nails too short for almond shape and I was to purchase a new set or have nubs for nails. The rough tech ended up cutting me terrible with the nail file and I request a new one after she messed up on the nails and cut me. If my cut becomes infected I WILL BE BACK WITH A CIVIL SUIT!!!!!!! This is the results of the second one......$60 for this!?!! I could have done this myself. The lumps and bumps are not acceptable these are trash nails and I should have never paid. I would have had them correct them but I didn't want to be there any longer. This is terrible ans I will never come back to crystals read more

Do not go here! Time to find another nail shop after going here for 7 months and giving them many, many chances. This is my first time back since the Corona lockdown lifted and I will not be going back. There are better nails salons in the area even though I would have preferred to go here. The nails never last 2 weeks from this place, a lot of the polish is old and I suspect the acrylic is too because my nails tend to break or come off when I get them done here. There is a very limited supply of regular polish. No attention to detail in any of their services. read more

The worst place in Green Valley to get your nails done! Do not go there and if you do, do not let the lady 3rd seat from the door on the left hand side (Gracie) do your nails or feet! She is terrible, she does a terrible job and then when you asked for it to be fixed she gets an attitude. My sister had the same experience with the same lady! I asked for my toes to be re painted after I was just serviced they said I had to wait. My toes looked like a 5 year old painted them. Since I couldn't wait because I'm headed to take family pictures they said they had to remove the polish since I didnt like it and didnt want to pay for it. If you do go here gave Lee do your nails she is awesome. My polish was taken off my toes before I got a picture but my terrible nails I took read more

I mixed up the name of the other nearby nail salon I liked when I made an appointment here. Got to the parking lot and realized my mistake but gave them a chance anyway- how can you screw up one color dip nails right? Well I have long natural nails, asked for an almond shape but to keep them as short as possible. She made them oval with no points at all. Then I picked out a color from the book with the fake nail swatches, burgundy so dark it's almost black. Two coats of dip later she asks me to wash my hands and I can tell the color won't be getting any darker after the top coat goes on. Well my nails are bubblegum pink and the number in the book matched the number on the dip powder jar. I told her this isn't what I wanted and and she said "oh well we go dark next time then". No discount; no apology. Never coming back read more

I just had my nails done by Salina like I always do here at Crystal Nails! I've come here regularly for almost a year now and I really love it! She always makes sure I'm happy with my nails and wants to please. She does amazing work AND she's fast! They're remodeling right now and the additions they're making are very nice! As an added Christmas surprise, as I was paying she handed me an envelope with a 20.00 gift certificate for my next visit!!! I've never gotten any gift from a nail salon before. It was a VERY nice surprise!! read more

Checked in at 5:45 on a Friday night and was in the chair by 5:50! Great first impression. I came in for a gel fill in with gel polish. The tech that services me was very detail oriented although a little rough, I didn't mind because she did an amazing job and nothing bled...so there's that! They have 7 pedicure stations and at least 10 nail stations with about 8 technicians. They have a wiiiiide variety of dips, tips, gels and everything in between. They will also wax your entire body, no kidding the waxing menu is extensive! read more

Went for a full set and pedi. Pedi went fantastic so then I'm transferred to another lady to do my nails. It takes her a few minutes to come over and then she's so distracted by her conversations with the other employees she puts my entire set of nails on the left on crooked. I bring it to her attention and she says she'll fix it. I asked for coffin I got long, skinny, crooked. I ask her about my pinky nail being crooked and she said it was my nail. I spent an hour and a half sitting there because she was talking to coworkers,, texting on her phone, and doing an awful job. I will NEVER go back. read more

Seriously, save yourself time and money and don't go here! Don't be like me and ignore the poor reviews on this place... Not even an hour after my nails were done they started to chip and peel! The technicians (if you can call them that) did NOT speak a lick of English and their technique is lacking to say the least. A massage should not be "give the client a rug burn with salt scrub"... I'm not joking either, I have bruises from how tightly the woman grabbed and scrubbed my calves and forearms... No massaging that I saw or felt. They weren't really busy, but the entire thing was rushed and done SO poorly!! I had to ask for her to shape and file my nails to be even, last I checked jagged nails were not a good fashion statement. Even with prompting, she literally brushed the file gently where I pointed and moved on... Cough up real dough and get a manicure and pedicure that won't smudge/chip in less than two hours. read more

Utterly dreadful. I've visited here too many times over the years because there are very few choices out this way, but no more. The service and cleanliness have deteriorated, if that's even possible. This final visit I had a manicure and pedicure. The place was quiet, but the unfriendly artist was still rushed and very rough with me. My nails were shaped unevenly, the paint chipped within a day, and soon, two of my nails cracked and I had to cut them right down. Strangely, I've noticed the OPI colors in their nail station have remained the same over the years. Doubtlessly, they are watering down the colors and never replenishing them. Forget it. Go elsewhere. read more

This place has bad reviews so I was pretty skeptical but I had an awesome experience! I got an acrylic fill, 2 new tips, and gel color and Kathy did an amazing job! She did everything in an hour and it was done perfectly, even though it was busy and I didn't have an appointment. I'm very picky and typically drive all the way to Cap Hill from Green Valley Ranch, but I will definitely be back to Crystal Nails. Not the most relaxing atmosphere. I got a gel manicure and although it was done well, I did not feel that whomever did my nails cared, or wanted to take their time. I had a pedicure in June with Kimberly. She was very gentle and I will use her again. However, I think the polish used was too old and should have been tossed, which was a management issue. Well worth the price. I returned today 7-17 and asked for Kimberly. I got a man instead and he really did not do a good job. I will try one more time and try to make an appointment with Kimberly. I will walk out if I am not given her. I will have to redo my pedicure myself! read more

My sister and I went to get full sets, we scheduled an appointment. She got sat before I did I still waited 10-15 mins. After I finally got my seat I noticed a lady a few seats away was complaining. I started to panic. However me and my sister where more bothered on the ladies reaction. I'm sorry but she said she was there for two hours. After first try I would of left. Back to me...lol Well the tech seemed to be rushing. I asked for oval.... i asked for a color, he didn't have! I asked for a design on their book, they don't know how to do it.... well, he shaped my nails not looking back if the are the same.... first warning... my sister was sat their and still didn't get her shape correct. She did not complain, however she was passed to another tech. I knew by the way he was putting the powder he was not good. He didn't bother to file them after. At that point I was done... He put on my nail polish very bad! He kept putting coat after coat. Well ending results look Like my child did my nails... or my nails look like play doh, or stick on nails that kids wear.... My sister was getting same experience however I waited 20 min more for them to finish, we knew we had a horrible experience! However I didn't want them to fix it, time consuming! I decided to pay and leave. Well we literally where paying and planning to never go again! And to plan another date to another salon to fix them. Yes! This place is horrible. Not worth it, cant do nails, take forever, Why didn't we say anything... I'm human. I understand they have bills to pay, instead of not paying im just not returning and will not recommend to anyone. Hey it's my fault for not investigating place. My choice no one forced me. Well look at my gum nails. Lol read more

I've only gotten the deluxe pedicure here (twice). They buff the calluses completely off your feet. Really nice! A great polish selection - OPI colors! First of all, the woman who was doing my nails treated my natural nails poorly, after a while my cuticles started hurting but I didn't think too much of it until I ripped open a bag of chips and the salt started burning around my fingers. Along with that the acrylic was unevenly distributed throughout the nail causing the color to not look smooth. Besides my problem my friends nails were uneven in size, crooked (and she asked if he could fix it and he basically ignorant about what she said), and made yet another one crooked. 0/10 definitely would not recommend coming here. read more

My family lives in the area, and my mom recommended this place, so I decided it was worth it to give it a shot. I got a mani-pedi. The whole experience was rushed and very half-assed (excuse the language). I was very upset throughout the whole thing because the woman who was doing it was so rude and inattentive. I've learned that this place is very hit or miss. This used the be the only place I went to but now I only go here if i am too rushed to go elsewhere. There are a few ladies who do an excellent job and others who I do not want to touch my hands because they either make me bleed, keep my hands in the LED light for WAY too long, or pay too much attention to their phones. I really wanted to love this place since it's close to my house, but I can't. read more
