They came to our home and within 2 minutes was giving me a quote of $17.5k. Didn't look at the pipes or listen to me at all. I told them I didn't need the kitchen pipes redone, only the bathrooms, and he told me kitchen pipes are always they worst, so we'll do that, too. He said they'd tunnel 6 ft under the foundation of the property, putting someone completely under the house without looking at how it was built or the current state of it. When I asked him questions he was clearly annoyed with me. We've had lead pipes in places, but when I asked about it he said we have good water pressure so I don't need to worry about lead. That makes no sense. After that I stopped asking because I figured we would just be wasting time. I knew at that point I wasn't using this company.
