They were on time and always update me what they were doing. The mover guys helped me carry a lot of stuff at home. They saw I had my baby with me and couldn't do much. All I can say is I was very happy with their service. Everyone was polite and friendly. Definitely going to use them again.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Pack & Go Movers, and I would not recommend this…read morecompany to anyone looking for a smooth or professional moving process. One of the movers, Brendan T., was unfriendly and unprofessional throughout the job. He inserted earphones during the move, which made communication unnecessarily difficult and came across as disengaged and inconsiderate. There was little effort to be polite, welcoming, or collaborative, which is the bare minimum you expect when trusting people to handle your belongings. The second mover Rocco C. was somewhat more professional and did offer occasional advice, which I appreciated. However, when it came time to pack the cube, his approach felt careless and dismissive of my concerns. Rather than being helpful and solution-oriented, the process created more stress and confusion, ultimately causing additional headaches instead of providing the support I hired movers for in the first place. My biggest issue was with the office representative, Mari. Pricing was not communicated transparently. I was not informed ahead of time that charges were calculated per item moved rather than per hour, which led to unexpected and significantly higher costs. The office representative was adamant in charging me extra for an item that we previously discussed. The way this was handled felt misleading and came across as an attempt to overcharge. Overall, the experience lacked professionalism, clear communication, and customer care. I absolutely do NOT recommend using this company. Don't be swayed by any discounts or these five star reviews. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a reliable, reputable moving company.

It's a very friendly environment and throughout the decades we've come to know each other really well. I do love the remodeling that has occured. It's spacious and beautiful. They not only ship and receive, but they have a mail box service as well as selling other services along with a variety of cards, see the pictures. Bud has retired but there's still people that know me here. It's located in a little shopping mall with a fair sized parking lot. I'm so glad that they remodeled the parking lot, there were incidents on a daily or weekly basis because of a big divider in the entrance to the parking lot. People would lose sight of it and drive upon it. If you were the unlucky one, you most likely needed to call a tow truck . Yes it was that large and tall. I had an absolutely terrible experience with this moving company. Not only did they…read moredamage and break multiple items, but they also lost some of my personal jewelry -- which I have clear photos of -- and completely denied any responsibility for it. They didn't even pack my jewelry properly, which is how it was lost. When I brought this to the owner's attention, he became argumentative and disrespectful instead of taking accountability. His only solution was to "come fix things," rather than refunding me for the damage and loss his company caused. When I returned to my old house after the move, I found that they left behind numerous items, including pots and pans, my robot vacuum, and all of my cleaning products under the sink. My adjustable bed no longer works because of how carelessly they handled it. I paid this company thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars to have them do a terrible job, leave things behind, and break and lose my personal belongings. For the amount I paid, I expected professionalism, care, and responsibility -- and received none of that. I was referred to this company by a personal friend of the owners, which makes this experience even more disappointing. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect from the owner himself is unacceptable. I would never recommend this company to anyone

I dreaded moving because every move I've made in the last 40 years was traumatic. This time it was…read moreremarkably stress free. EZ Haul's owner handled the estimate which was competive with another well-known local mover but we gave the job to them because of the personal connection & sincerity of the owner. Two days before the move (as scheduled) two of his crew arrived to disassemble some large furniture pieces which they did quickly & efficiently. On moving day the driver texted us 10 minutes before arrival shortly after 8am. Driver & crew were all bright, friendly & competent as they surveyed the job before them. They loaded efficiently and carefully. After 4 1/2 hours of loading, the crew left for the 120 mile trip to the new house. I calculated a miracle arrival would be 4:30; they arrived at 4:40. 2 1/2 hours later they were done unloading. Elapsed time for the day including travel was 11 hours. When I noticed a few boxes (out of many) were in wrong rooms, two of the four crew literally jumped up to move them & (needlessly) apologized. The four crew members worked seamlessly and pleasantly together. I heard no cross words or disrespect between any of them all day. This is clearly a team that works together regularly--not some ad hoc crew thrown together the morning of the job. I recommend EZ Haul 100% and without any hesitation and will be using them again.
