Our Cleaners is our go-to store for darn good dry cleaning and amazing alterations. Tailoring expertise is excellent. Tailor very responsive to personal preferences for length etc. Pick-up and delivery is quite convenient. Delivery is always as promised. They can usually rush order if you need them to. They are completely honest and always tell me if they just can't do it- most often because I brought in the clothes too late in the day. Our Cleaners always gets the stains out. I'm never using this place again. I'm not even going to say why cause I don't want to ruin business for these folks ,but never again. That being said. I'm guessing the high price for the service is a clientele thing. They'll pay for less service. And it is the only place in the area walkable from my new abode. I'm used to the ballpark of $35 for 33 pounds of clothing. Folded, unwrinkled, and shirts hung. Not the case here. Let's just say I spent today rewashing a bag of clothes I spent $45 to wash. It'll detract from my social schedule, but I'll just do it at home. read more

Over priced and did I forget to mention, over priced. Their drop off laundry service is the worst, my garments seemed just as clean as they were when I dropped them off. Their tailoring skills do not match the Mid Town Manhattan prices. A very expensive shirt was given to them to be "dry-cleaned" and the shirt was washed/laundered and the shirt never looked the same again. My garments were always returned/dropped off with the doorman on the requested day and same day when requested. The staff is nice and personable but the quality of their work is lacking. read more

The couple that owns the place is extremely friendly, and they memorize my face and name immediately! Prices are manageable, and it's worth it for the free delivery service. Since when was it cool to charge Manhattan prices and force slow service? Dropped off 5 sweaters on Wednesday, was charged $25 (high premium!! my old cleaners in Manhattan was half the cost for the same amount of sweaters!!!) attempted to pick it up on Saturday and was told that pick up times is at 5pm. ??????? Um excuse me? 3 days wasn't enough time for dry cleaning? If it was going to take such a long time wouldn't it have been courteous to give the customer a heads up? Anyway... When we finally pick it up, its Tuesday afternoon. Sure the dry cleaning came wrapped up in designer stiff plastic, and claims to be "genuine organic" but was it worth the extra dough? Absolutely not!!! I don't want frills, just clean laundry! In addition, there is NO PARKING... so unless you live across the street, it's difficult to even bother considering coming here again. Way to gauge your neighbors! Woo hoo! Go cleaners! (sarcasm.....)Do we need a reality TV show to whip your shop into shape? Hmmm.. might not be a bad idea! read more

This is a Dry Cleaning establishment, not really a laundry. There are other places that will do your laundry cheaper, but I don't care about that because I send my shirts, suits, and my wife's fine garments here for dry cleaning, and I send my laundry to a laundromat. Our Cleaners's has done a fantastic job with shirts and clothes for my family for the 12 years that I have lived the neighborhood. Delivering exactly when I need them to, maintaining my credit card info, being open at 7am so I can run in from a double parked car and just drop my orange bag off without even having to speak to anyone.
