I had a fair amount of shirts (13) and a suit so I was totally getting that they needed 5 days to turn it around, albeit I had much faster service in some other places I used to go in the city. Anyway the price was fine and I left them to their own devices. When I picked up the shirts they were fine until I noticed on several of my shirts they actually stapled the tags onto the actual shirt labels. Seriously I've never seen anything like this in any of the other dry cleaners I went to. I've seen them staple around the label or button holes on the tag itself but never on the actual label of the shirt. That's either some serious brain dead shit or some serious careless shit. God awful practice. Anyway I'm never coming back. I should have listened to my own gut and noticed why there wasn't much of a rack of dry cleaning in there. I guess the folks in the area know better than to read old questionable reviews and opt to do their cleaning elsewhere.

We decided to try this place out since it's very close to where we live and have good reviews. We sent in three expensive winter outerwears worth over $2,700 to be dry cleaned and was told that they would be ready the following Tuesday. On Tuesday afternoon when I went in to pick them up they were not ready. I had to make a second trip there again later in the day to pick them up. Then after I got home and took the outerwears out I was shocked to find numerous major damages to them. There are scratches, tears, tiny holes, stains and mysterious white spots. Some of the leather pieces on the outerwears are so damaged that they've lost their shape and color and look 10 years older! On top of that none of the stains I sent them in with have been cleaned. I called the cleaner right away with the situation. The same woman who worked at the counter told me that I will need to come in the following day between 9am to 1pm to show to the owner. The next day I called around 12 noon to make sure the owner was in and he was. However when I got there 15 minutes later he was gone! I had no choice but to show the damages to the same woman even though she couldn't make any decisions. She was very unprofessional and defensive through out our conversation. She had the audacity to tell me that the reason we were talking was so that I can vent! I ended the conversation and asked her to call Mike the owner to schedule a time so that I can actually see him! She called and coldly told me 1pm. So I had to make yet another trip there just so that I can see the owner and show him the damages again. Talking about customer service! At 1pm I went back in and showed Mike the damages. He did not admit to most of the damages nor apologize. He offered a refund but nothing for the damages. When I asked him what he does to take care of his customer in a situation like this he seemed annoyed and asked me what I wanted from him. Then he shoved out his wallet on the table and asked if I wanted $100 out of his wallet which was very disrespectful and condescending. For some reason when he said that I felt sorry for him and to be honest $100 would not do a thing for the damages and my wasted time. In the end instead of wasting even more time I took the high road and settled on just the refund. But there's more! Mike did not know how to work the credit card machine and I had to wait a long time for him to figure it out and process the refund. This is by far the worst experience I've had at any dry cleaners. Please do yourself a favor and stay away!

The owner wasn't sure he could entirely undo the damage but he said he would try and wouldn't charge me if he couldn't. While it wasn't possible to make the coat look exactly like new, Tiktok did a great job--as good as humanly possible, I'm sure--and the coat is wearable again. I was charged $10 less than the full price quoted, which I was happily prepared to pay. Everyone I interacted with on my two visits was incredibly sweet and eager to fix the problem. I can't speak for how they handle other items but I had my Canada Goose jacket dry cleaned here and my jacket is completely ruined. Most Canada Goose jackets are meant to be water-repellent and I've never had an issue with my jacket in the rain (even after having it dry cleaned at another place 2 years ago). However, after I picked up my jacket and wore it in the rain, my jacket got completely soaked and was wet even in the inside soaking my shirt! They also damaged my sleeve cuffs on the jacket, the threading became loose and there are long threads hanging from the cuffs now. I am SO upset, it looks like based on other bad experiences, they don't care to resolve the damage that they made to your personal items. Clearly, they have no idea how to dry clean jackets, save your time and money please and do not give these low class people your valuables or any of your personal items. It's not worth the risk or stress, there are SO many other places that will be honest about jacket care and will take accountability for their actions - this place and the people that run it clearly only care about their money and don't care about customer satisfaction.
