No Responsibility & They Don't Care! After my dry cleaning store close down do to retirement. I have coming here for years because previous owner recommended here. Today I picked up my shirt and had still stain. Other places take care of the issues. Here they don't want to. She said this shirt had this stain previous 2 times I came here. Comon I do not ware dirty stain shirt! Other Dry clean they tell you there is a stain take care of it or call me. I should check the review first and I did not, i can't believe I'm losing my time writing this review from a mistake I made taking my business dresses there. I wanted to simply support neighborhoods business as well as to clean off and refresh my expensive blazers and pants by professional, and they came back nothing cleaned and only the things done were ironed and bagged. I spent $57 for 2 blazers and pants. Smell old and fabric color is faded nothing refreshed, I don't think they even care or worked. I was extremely disappointed. I have to believe that my expense made for donation to my neighborhood store for support. Never taking my clothing there again, all they do is ironing to burn and damage fabrics. read more

Well firstly I must have been asleep not realizing how long this fabulous Dry Cleaning service has been in my neighborhood! Well I'm awake now! I walked in needing a rush suit jacket alteration that would have to be done in almost less than 24 hours. The very sweet woman Janet obliged me. It was ready even before the time she said! What also blew my mind was the price. Very reasonable and she didn't try to hike it up for the rush. I got home and quickly tried it on and it was perfect! Forgot to mention how nice the other woman was at the cashier upon pick up. Great, fast, professional, courteous, friendly and in my hood!! read more

This place gets it done right every time. I've been coming here for many years and always walked out happy. The young lady at the front desk is very helpful. I come here for dry cleaning and alterations, and she knows what she's doing. For some reason I always feel like I spent too much money either on dry cleaning or alterations. Not sure what the prices of other locations are to compare. read more

They charged me almost $16 for one dress and almost $4 for one men's dress shirt which seemed like a lot. Also, my dress had a stain on it which I asked them to mark and pay extra attention to. When we picked the items up, the dress still had the stain on it and they had to redo it. When we returned for the second time, it still wasn't ready and they asked us to come back a third time. I dropped off 20 lbs of laundry for wash and fold service for $1.40 per pound. This dry cleaner shrunk all my blouses, shirts to 2 sizes down, socks to infant size. All lace underwear were so brittle that tear easily like paper that can no longer be worn. Not even my own dryer would shrink different mixed materials down 2 sizes. This store and machines are dated and if they charge wash and fold more than next door's laundromat, some warning or questions about whether laundry can be dried in their dryer should be posed upon drop off. I trusted a dry cleaner who offers wash & fold service and charges 40 cents premium to a laundromat would be sensible to shrinkage. Lack of communication at drop off and pickup that all clothes are ruined, very poor service, dishonest, and unprofessional! read more

Not a star is worth it. My wife bought her wedding dress that is valued at $1,975.00, but was able to buy it at a exclusive sample sale that was not open to the public.We had the dress tailored first and the tailor suggested that we should have the dress dry cleaned. So we took the suggestion and had the dress dry cleaned by the tailors suggested dry cleaners. After not hearing about our dress for three weeks we called the tailor numerous times to only find out that they were having a issues with the dress and told us they needed to dry clean it again. So we waited till about two weeks before our wedding only to find out that they were going to return the dress to us not even in the original dust bag & the dress being mangled as if someone just ripped apart the dress. They didn't even say anything about the condition of the dress & returned it to us 10days before our wedding day. We found out that the dress was severely damaged when my wife tried on at home. The dress line has changed. The stain has formed and the color has changed. So we went back to the tailor & he said that it wasn't his fault that it was a cheap dress and that the stars didn't line up correctly for us this time for us to just understand that we were un lucky and to buy a new dress. We simply asked for insurance to replace the dress only to find out that both the dry cleaners and tailor both refuse to replace the dress. After arguing back and forth about what should be done the dry cleaners wife wrote out a written agreement that they would replace the same dress from the same company and that we would have to pay out of pocket and bring them the receipt and then they would pay the cost of the replacement dress. Once we bought the dress and brought them the receipt they said that insurance will not take our claim that we can't speak to the insurance company and that they don't have to replace the dress at all. read more

Been coming to VIP ever since I moved back into Fort Lee. Their store is conveniently located adjacent to my building, so they were the obvious choice. The customer service is extremely good here, although the language situation could get a bit sticky at times. Recently, the implemented a drop-off/pickup program with my building, so life got even better. Price is reasonable and they have always done a fine job on quality. Would recommend. read more

Horrible service, low quality, not ready on time, not able to remove plain stains. Highly overpriced, but not able to clean at all. Maybe ok for shirts but no way to clean there not cheap clothes. They just kill it. Money and time wasting. read more
