I called and sent photos of my lock with stuck key. Apparently my cylinder had come loose and spun on me. I'm far from their office so they gave me a quote to drive up to my place to fix it. I asked if this was something I could do myself. Without hesitation, the gentleman walked me through a couple of steps to fix it which I did and now it's working again. It's nice to know there are businesses out there who'll help you out, and not just try and make money off of you if it's not necessary. We wanted to replace our front door lock with something more secure so I found this company here on Yelp with great ratings. The locksmith was incredibly fast to respond to my inquiry, was easy to text/communicate with and was able to set up an appointment for me right away. His pricing was very fair and in line with or lower than the 4 other companies I contacted. Prior to arriving for our appointment, I received a text to let me know he would arrive shortly. He installed my new lock (that has a pin pad/code - yay! No more digging in my purse for my keys! :)) quickly and securely. He also took a look at another lock for me and gave me advice on it.
