I was locked out of my room in my house. After trying a butter knife, I tried a paper clip and broke it off in our lock. I plum gave up after that and started looking on yelp for help, fast. AJ arrived promptly after I explained my issue to him over the phone. Not only did he complete my request to have a larger deadbolt mount hole drilled within a metal door, but he also installed the electronic deadbolt, installed the door handle, and cut my door handle lock so the same key can be used on both (At no additional cost). If we could rate Xpress Locksmith on a higher scale, we would! First of all, we called after 9pm and AJ immediately picked up the phone. We were locked out of our master bedroom. Even though AJ said that he could be there in 20 minutes, we decided to wait until the next morning. He showed up on time with mask on and offered to remove his shoes outside. Thankfully, he was able to pop the door open quickly. After he re-keyed the door and replaced the battery, he replaced the batteries on the other two bedrooms. It so happened that we purchased a new smart lock for the front door, but couldn't figure out how to get the old one off. So, he replaced the front door lock. Then, he asked he if there was anything else we needed. In addition to purchasing the front door lock, we also purchased a Ring camera, but were unable to drill the screws into the garage wall. When we saw how handy he was with the drill, we asked him if he could take a look at the botched camera mount. It took him less than 10 minutes to secure the screws and pop the camera into the socket. We are so thrilled to have found Xpress Locksmith on Yelp and we will recommend them to everyone.
