My key stopped working for the deadbolt at my rental property and I could not get in. I contacted these guys via Yelp.com. They responded very quickly with a quote. Their quote sounded reasonable, so I booked a time to meet them at the property. The locksmith arrived on time, had all the tools of the trade. After trying my keys, the locksmith confirmed something must have happened to one or more pins inside the lock cylinder. Since I had a replacement deadbolt, I opted to have the locksmith drill the deadbolt. After a few minutes, the door was opened. I was happy to gain access again. I was at the 24 hours fitness gym in Hillsdale, and as i was trying to get money to buy water i accidentally locked my car key in the trunk. My car is an old Toyota so it locked me out completely. I was locked out of my room in my house. After trying a butter knife, I tried a paper clip and broke it off in our lock. I plum gave up after that and started looking on yelp for help, fast. X-press locksmith got back to me within 10 minutes with a quote. In under an hour I'm sitting on my bed(finally) writing this review. Frank saw the paper clip in my lock and managed to wrestle it out. He then picked my lock and got it to open!! All this under an hour guys. Quote, driving time, getting the stupid paper clip out, and unlocking my door. Thank god they took Venmo too!! Frank was super nice and didn't make me feel dumb for trying the paper clip trick. He is very quick in responses, goes out of the way to fix things that he didn't even commit to, he educated the customer on things.
