I live over two hours away from the storage locker I needed to clear out and finish my move. Unfortunately I managed to leave the key to the locker at my new home. The property manager did not have a master key so I was forced to call a locksmith. It was Saturday so I was very concerned that I would be able to get any response, at least not someone who would respond quickly. Our lock failed to open our door last night. I thought it would have to be replaced. AJ responded within 1 minute of my Yelp request and he came over within 30 minutes. He noted the latch was broken. He replaced the latch and we were able to reuse the existing electronic lock/handle on our door. I did not have to find a whole unit replacement. He was very courteous and respectful during the visit. Because of the pandemic, he wore a face mask and removed his shoes when he entered our home. He was finished within 20 minutes. Very positive experience. Will keep his business card handy for future issues with our locks. Highly recommend. He states he works 24/7. He helped service my request at 8:00 AM. Let me start off by thanking AJ so much for coming out to our neighborhood and helping me get back into my car. I had no spare key laying around, called him up, and he came in a very timely manner. At least 15 minutes but the point is, he came and did his job quickly. I felt bad that my keychain got in the way (it didn't stop him though). I drive a Toyota with manual locks so getting it unlocked alone is really troublesome in itself but he was smart and took the keys out of my ignition by going through the passenger side (don't ask how I left them there and locked myself out). I'm really grateful that he rescued me and my boyfriend paid him after the job was finished. It was roughly $85 if you're wondering on prices and he gave us additional discount. He takes card but cash is preferable so don't fret if you're concerned on how to pay him. Honestly a really kind, patient guy and knows what he's doing. He replaced the lock and fixed problem that caused the key to break in the first place. He also explained to me what caused the problem.
