The Chinese beef stew makes a great compliment to a bowl of steamy noodles with tender slices of beef flank and beef tendons (my favorite part). Noodle dishes can also be ordered Hong Kong style on a plate with broth on the side. We also get a dish of boiled vegetables with oyster sauce to round out our meal (usually baby Chinese Broccoli or choy sum).
