If you've never done hotpot, this is the spot to try. You start by choosing between the regular menu, which already has plenty of options, or the premium tier with seafood and extra items. They give you this plastic bag to tuck your jacket into which helps keep the food smell off your clothes. From there you order your soup base and ingredients on the tablet. Everything comes out raw, so it helps to have a basic sense of cooking times, though most things only take a minute or two in the broth. The pork bone broth is a solid classic choice if you are not sure where to start. If the menu feels like a lot, picking a couple things from different categories like meat, seafood, mushrooms, tofu, veggies, and noodles usually makes for a great spread. While the kitchen preps your order, you can get up to grab unlimited soft drinks and mix your own sauce combos at the sauce station. The space itself is huge, good for large groups too though they do not offer individual pots. The host is friendly and most of the staff have a happy to help energy. The kitchen and sauce refills can lag a bit during busy times, but I still leave the meal satisfied every time. They also have small member perks and special offers which are a nice touch. They occasionally host events with entertainment or small workshops in the middle of the restaurant too, which adds a fun cultural vibe beyond just the meal.

All you can eat for $53 per person for the premium. They have a more affordable option for $36 per person. This however does not include the broth, which you will need to pay extra for. We got the Three Flavour Broth ($22) and choose Butter Caviar Spicy Broth, Coconut Chicken Broth, and Dregs and Vinegar Pot. The only broth we really enjoyed was the Coconut Chicken Broth. We didn't even get the spicy teddy bear as advertised, which was such a disappointment. In terms of portion sizes, one order of any meat, they barely give you much, so to save yourself the hassle and order double of what you'd originally get as they're very frugal on the servings (even though it's AYCE). All of the ordering is done on an iPad, so there's no need to wait for a server. The sauce station is pretty expansive. They have a fridge for drinks where you can help yourself to. There's a hot food station with essentially just apps. What you can get and cannot get without a membership was somewhat confusing. Pretty much ways to get you to pay for a membership, which is not worth it if your don't plan on coming back occasionally. There's other little experiences for kids scattered around, which looked gimmicky. They even carted around a cart full of plushies for purchase it appears. Overall, this hotpot experience was alright. I think Chongqing Wharf, which is a few blocks down, is a lot better. Pricing structure is simple for AYCE and includes items you can't get here without all of the gimmicks.

This is my first time coming here and was genuinely impressed by the interior of this place. I got the regular ayce and 2 soup bases. The only downside was having to pay extra for the soups. Other than that the meats, veggies and soup were fresh and delicious. Drinks and small hot food were included as well. Although it was super busy, service was still good. Definitely coming back here, I do recommend getting on the waitlist ahead of time so you don't have to wait

Great atmosphere, soup broth and AYCE options(excluding the soup broth and occasionally they do promotions for their broth). I heard great things about their spicy soup broth but since I can't eat too spicy I personally enjoyed their coconut chicken broth. I like how on their menu indicates approximately how many pieces you are getting per order to prevent from over ordering and there are free drinks on the side. There are other free desserts from their rewards system and a point system for points exchange. The store is always decorated and there's a small area with gold fish so when my little ones throws a fuss, I bring him to look around. Their services are relatively quick and their staffs are very friendly. I love also love how you can join their waitlist on Google, hope it's an option on Yelp soon.

I love their all you can eat option because wow, so much food and great broth flavors, actually truly enjoyed trying 3, their spicy is the butter caviar, cannot miss that. And their beverages are pretty delicious and the coconut dessert, cant miss of you want a sweet tooth. I love that they have a sauce station and the service is amazing. Space is huge for gatherings and very comfortable.

I always pass by this place but never actually went in until now. The exterior looks like an old traditional building from China, which really caught my attention. When we arrived, we waited a little before our table was ready. Once seated, they gave us an iPad to order from, which made things really easy. The tables were spacious, and the hotpot setup was built right into the table. It's an AYCE place with two menus: the regular and the premium (which includes more seafood options). I went with the regular menu, and honestly, it was plenty unless you're really craving seafood. Just note. While you pay for the AYCE portion, the soup base is an extra charge. You can grab any drink you want from the fridge, and they have a great sauce bar with some small side dishes too. Surprisingly, their crab fries were really good (I know! Who gets fries at a hotpot spot, LOL). The staff was super friendly and explained everything clearly when we were seated. The ingredients also came out pretty quickly. Overall, it was a great experience! Good food, fast service, and friendly staff. I'd definitely go again!

Finally back after 6 years! Xiang Hot Pot turned into AYCE for $36 for Regular and $53 for premium seafood. My friends and I love the hot pot broth - Pork Bone Broth and Teddy Bear Butter Spicy were really flavorful! Absolutely get the Passionfruit Oolong Tea! Those drinks were flying off the fridge shelves!!!

Came here early on a Sunday around 4pm, there was no wait. I had a party of 7 and even though the place was empty the hostess made us wait to be seated until the full party was there. Once sat down you get to order everything from an iPad. This was convenient and everyone got to put in their own inputs. The food does come out fast. Food quality is good. I especially liked the mushroom broth base, it made everything so tasty! You also must go to the fridge to get your own drinks which are unlimited. No alcohol on premise but they allow BYOB. Our waiter was not very friendly or helpful. Did not explain the different packages of all you can eat ( different levels are different prices). At the end we asked for dessert and he just brought us all chocolate ice cream without asking what we wanted.

We walked in on a Thursday night and didn't have a wait. Sat immediately, they provide you a large bag to out your jackets in so they won't smell by the end of dinner which was nice. They provide you an iPad to order what you'd like. There's a sauce station and a small hot station but only a couple items. We walked here but there is some street parking around. Somewhat loud music but you can still hear your party and talk comfortably at the table. It is largely serviced through the iPad, and the only interaction is when they drop it off at the beginning, bringing you your items and at the end. We ordered the medium spicy soup and their new coconut chicken broth. The coconut chicken broth was unexpectedly sweet, too sweet for our taste but after a couple top offs, it evened out. Their sauce bar was nice and extensive for things to add. The milk buns from the hot bar had freezer burn and was somewhat inedible. All of the meat we ordered were of good quality and the vegetables too. The seafood wasn't bad. We also ordered the soup dumplings which came frozen and took awhile to cook in the soup. There's a fridge that you can grab some soft drinks (coke, diet coke, fanta, brisk iced tea) and there was also bottled water and passionfruit tea. Overall, an ok experience but not sure if I'd come back.

Food is average... nothing special. Service is as average. It's hotpot so you cook your own food and they do not serve drinks but tell you where the fridge is to grab a drink yourself. Ambiance is nice but it really smells in there... not my first hotpot place but the smell was worse here. We drove from NJ for a friend's 30th to try this spot because she saw it on TikTok (by someone names tiff) and sent it to us. I will tell you right now... the TikTok is as not the experience at all!! Idk if she got paid or received a special free dinner to make that video or maybe she knows the owners but her video was far from the actual experience. The website said it was open till 2am and google said till 1am. We got there at like 10:30pm with a decent size group.. a few who never had hotpot before. They tell us the kitchen is closing in about an hour (it's all you can eat and not cheap). We were upset because the website did not say this and we drove about an hour to try this spot. They did not offer us anything and said we could only order the all you can eat buffet but that we could order extra in advance before the kitchen closes and still eat so we decided to stay. Wish we didn't. 1. We were rushed to order 2. They were out of several broths which we have to pay extra food. They also started removing the sauces early so we didnt have enough for our food. Ridiculous. They also said they ran out of the tea that is included but we could buy other teas. You say online you close at 1-2am but at 10:30-11pm you are out of a lot and stop serving stuff. You told us only the kitchen would close at 11:45pm but everything else would be fine. 3. So on top of charging extra for the broth which is not even included in the all you can eat buffet. You are forced to buy it because the meat/seafood comes raw and thats the only way you can cook the food. 4. Then they come while we are just start eating to say we have to pay now- we were sitting for maybe 20 mins! We were literally all really hungry and the first batch of food just cooled enough to eat and we had our jackets/wallets away because they had us put them in big plastic bags so they don't smell. So luckily one person offered to put it on their card so we all didn't hVe to stop eating and look through the bag for our jackets/ belongings for our money. 5. Oh and the bathroom was disgusting!! Overall, not the cleanest looking/smelling place but esp. the bathroom. Wish i took a picture. 6. Not a big deal but there were soooo many tables... not packed at all and no ones else waiting and they still made the party of 4 we dropped off while finding parking wait to be seat till everyone was there. I get it when its busy but come on. Overall, not a good experience and even when we expressed this and with all the issues/missing food/drinks/sauces they did not offer a discount at all. We did get an apology several times. Thats all. All the extras in the TikTok advertising was not a thing at the real restaurant. Do not waste your time coming here... so many other better hotpot spots.

AYCE hot pot for $36?! SAY LESS! This is such an amazing hot pot deal for so many reasons. There are so many options for all the items you can order and all the meats were good quality! All the broths are pork based, but they were able to whip up a spicy non-pork broth for me with hot water that ended up still being spicy and flavorful. They also have a fridge with drinks included in the deal where they had an amazing wintermelon iced tea, and traditional soda options. The space is quite large where people can sit comfortably. I also appreciate how they gave us bags to put our coats in, except it can only help so much when you're going to hot pot. I highly recommend coming for a birthday because they bring out a huge lit up sign bottle service style and then you get a raffle ticket you can use at their prize booth. Great deal, great experience, highly recommend!!!

A very busy hot pot place in Brooklyn. The wait to get in was over an hour at Friday night. Food wise it was actually very good. There are people coming by every few minutes to assist you if you need help with anything. While the food was good, the price was definitely not. Advertising price is very deceptive for this place. It is listed as regular $36~ for per person for AYCE and that is the only option with you being able to choose AYCE regular or with seafood. This price does NOT include the soup base for hot pot in general. For 2 people the tab ended up being over $100 and was before tip.

    Esther L.

Great ambiance. Lots of great inclusive drinks like soy milk and bubble tea. The AYCE options wasn't that great though, just mainly loaded up on beef rolls, fish balls, shrimp, udon because there wasn't much options especially meat wise unless we added on additional fee. The broth also wasn't included and had to be added on as well which was surprising. And if you want the signature picture worthy bear, it's only for spicy broth as well. Desserts not included, requires additional fee unless you're their member which has a whole complex system. Overall was a decent experience but not my favorite at all besides all the included drinks

The food was very fairly priced and the portions were huge. We got the pork soup dumplings, pork fried rice, szechuan chicken (which came with white rice), and pad see ew (which though not listed comes with pork, chicken, and shrimp). Everything was solid, but our favorite was the fried rice which had a ton of flavor. I liked the veggies that were in the chicken dish but there were just way too many of them compared to the chicken and I wasn't crazy about the sauce. The pad see ew wasn't made the traditional way I've had it with soy sauce and oyster sauce. It had some sort of orange sauce that tasted closer to a sweet and sour. It wasn't bad it was just not what I was hoping for. The soup dumplings were solid, no complaints there. And the fried rice was great, lots of flavor. Overall, I liked this place especially for the price but I'd probably order different things if I went back.

I found parking down the block and walked over to the restaurant. It seems like more of a delivery spot because there was no one inside sitting at any of the 5 tables. It's a fairly good size space, very simply decorated, mixed with a cool wall resembling a curio cabinet of treasures. I chose a spot in the middle and went to the restroom which was clean and simple. I noticed there were a lot of takeout orders, from delivery services to local folks picking up their regular dinner. I looked over the menu and decided on salt and pepper wings and an order of shrimp. Fried Rice came out first and it was delicious. I even tasted a hint of salted egg yolk mixed into the egg mixture friefried up with the rice that signature crispiness with the little saltiness.... fantastic. The salt and pepper wings were different than the ones i'm accustomed to though the flavor was amazing. It didn't have the fried garlic, peppers, chilis, and onions that i'm accustomed to being in the dish. They were still flavorful, juicy and crisp and I could tell they cooked them fresh. That was much appreciated. I ended up taking half of my food home because I was stuffed.Thank you Msm Ellen and the Crown Garden crew for a tasty solo dinner.
