I hate xfinity or Comcast, they are outrageously expensive and they charge you for little things. First of all by law they are not suppose to charge you for cable boxes you can go to Walmart, target, best buy etc and buy your own box and not have to pay for remotes or cable boxes BUT THEY REFUSE TO TELL YOU THAT. During the covid19 virus they received money from the government to help there customers and they are not And their customer service is terrible. You can call consumer affairs and file a complaint and get on their class action list. They have violated and over charge you in so many ways. They tried to say I didn't turn my equipment in and double charged me, I kept my receipts and took pictures but still filed a complaint against them for harrasing me and overcharging me and also putting it on my credit. I am still fight that. And lastly they won't let you make arrangements during to covid19, instead they raise their rates and add so many late charges . I had a horrible experience. I wanted internet installed in my home and had an appointment with a tech I received a text saying they will be at my home in about 30 mins so I left my work to be home .. I arrive home and I see the xfinity van through my cameras , he was just sitting in his van, I was thinking he was getting his things ready , but as soon as I walk outside he drives away and I get a voicemail saying the technician waited and that they were sorry that they missed me ! I tried calling Comcast and they just kept saying I needed to reschedule ! I have another appointment coming up and I hope they actually come and check if someone is home !! read more

Comcast product is really good, I love it, BUT there billing department sucks to high heaven... there is no dough in my mind that Jerry Brown Govenor of Calif off springs run the billing department,, I sign up on a 2 year contract for $69 a month the first year $79 a month the second year, end results , the first year was $69 bucks as stated then the 2nd year it went up to $120 a year, there for they started there theft. I called them and they were vary nice in telling me to drop dead that I am stuck with it like it or not.. they need a class action law suit put on them. theft if theft and I don't care who ya are and Comcast billing is no more then a bunch of thiefs.. read more

After spending two hours hooking up and installing comcasts modems and cable boxes, I called comcast to activate. They were not receiving a signal. And was told that I would need a tech to come out, which I would need to pay for, because apparently, my apartment doesnt have service for comcast available. Isnt this why we give them our address before shopping for cable and Internet packages? After canceling my account (no way am I paying an extra hundred dollars for something that I feel comcast should have told me about) they send me another modem! Wtf? I never requested another modem, now I am being charged for this modem and fees for this device that I never asked for.. was not told that I would be receiving a new one.. they just sent me one, just because. And now im stuck paying 30 bucks after being promised that I would be paying nothing! This was a error on comcasts part, no sorrys, no nothing!! Was kept on hold for about two hours trying to fix the billing issue but every time I requested a refund, they would put me on hold and after being placed on hold, it would send me back to the robot operater. I am thoroughly disgusted with this company. Never, ever avain. read more

This place doesn't need much review because everybody knows their customer service sucks, once you walk in here be prepare to wait and wait and wait, it looks like an expensive imitation of a DMV office, you sign in then you go sit down and look at the tv screens for your name and window number to appear. Also be aware that these people are never on the same page, I purchased service from them a few months ago and I was having trouble getting it connected because they entered my phone number wrong, each customer service representative was giving me a different story, I finally was able to get the service connected after calling the 800 number so if you are having issues with service better try the 800 number first before you stop by this office. Conclusion their product is great and they have decent prices, but BEWARE OF HIDING FEES, AND DON'T EXPECT MUCH FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE, IN OTHER WORDS THEY DON'T GIVE A CRAP ABOUT YOU THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY :). read more

do not get comcast, worst service ever. they say they are going to do something and then never show up or cancel your appointment without you knowing. do not get combats, anyone else is better. they will come up with a reason why they can't credit your account, they said because i did'nt call back enough times and complain. so think twice before you do it. read more

What can I say but horrible... It seems all cable companies are going down the drain and Comcast is the worst one yet...in the year I had them they took three unauthorized payments out of my account without knowledge and none of the funds where applied to my account the money simply disappeared... If there was another provider other than Comcast, I'd choose it. Comcast couldn't add me as an authorized person to make changes to our service. My wife calls the 800 number to add me, the transaction goes through, I go to the Comcast office a few days later and... I can't add another cable line because "I'm not authorized " Comcast, your service sucks, you have incompetent staff and you're expensive to keep. Fortunately for you, ATT is not much better. Came in on 6/22 to have phone service switch over from another carrier. I was help my (Brian)who open the service for me. He mention that the port in over would take about 24hr. 6 days later I still didn't have service so I called a sell rep (Anthony) who also tried porting the number over 3x and it failed so he mention me to go in the store. 6/28 I went in and Aaron help me, I said I would like to cancel my service line, since I'm not getting any phone service, remind you I have no phone service for 6 days because I had called my carrier I'm going with xfinity. Aaron told me that they would email me about my status and I haven't got any email and it's already been 10 days, but he never closed the account. Nor pending status never was submitted. In between the wait I kept calling customer service to ask my status. (Frustration building up) So yesterday July 10 I went in and (peter) had help me. I did have to get the manager involved because I kept getting the run around with customer service saying I have to go in to get my refund and The cashier store service told me I had to called customer service for my refund. I was a Comcast Internet customer with Directv. So, I went into the store (on a Saturday) to see what my options were. First, I like the queue system. Let's me know exactly how many people are in front me in line. After about 5 minutes, I was called by Daniel T. He pulled up my internet account info and, within a few minutes, he was able to give me a quote for adding xfinity TV to my service. Daniel was extremely friendly and FAST. Not only did he get me a great deal (Saving about $70/month with more channels and faster internet) but he was able to get me in installation date that Monday. Less than 48 hours? Unheard of. My past experience with Comcast has been horrible which is why it took more more than 2 years to make the switch from Directv. That said, Daniel T gave me hope that Comcast is getting their crap together. Thank you, Daniel T. My faith in humanity has been restored!!! read more
