As for the technicians, all I can say is they were amazing. They were very professional, detailed oriented and on time. All of the work performed was done great and great quality. The technicians were friendly and accommodating to any request no questions ask. Our project was completed on time as planned and everything from the technical aspect of things were done great with no issues. We will definitely keep using Wire Guys for any work.

My phone battery had been dying quickly, so my fiancé and I wanted to see how much it would cost to trade in our phones for new ones. My fiancé had received an email offer to mail in our phones for a credit toward new phones. The representative explained that the offer typically isn't available in-store, but he spoke with his manager and was able to honor it for us. We ended up leaving with our new phones the same day! Afterward, we went across the street to pick up phone accessories like cases and screen protectors. Since the representative had offered to install everything for us if we came back, we returned and he was able to help us immediately again. He also recommended that we restore our phone backups at home because the store charges $30 per phone for that service, and it can take several hours. We decided to do it ourselves, and he was absolutely right--it took several hours. We were glad we saved the money and did it at home. The next day, we returned our old phones and the process was complete. I really appreciated how smooth and efficient everything was from start to finish. The customer service was excellent, and I'm loving my new iPhone 17 Pro Max!

So we tried to solve that issue only to be told that the UNLOCKED PAID PHONE I brought with me was stolen. UMMMM OK. I showed them proof that it was paid I full and they said it was black listed. But 5 minutes prior to doing that they had activated it and it working. I was getting more and more annoyed by the minute but it wasn't the reps working there. They had to out source and call to do anything becuase xfinity apparently can't do anything correctly like even provide decent cell phone or internet service. After I left the store I called customer service and was told that my phone wasn't reported stolen, but it wasn't compatible with Xfinity. So ..... I took by business to T-Mobile and they were able to help me instantly without a problem. I'm about to switch all 5 lines to T-mobile. I only gave 2 stars because the girl that helped me was really sweet and I feel bad she and to work for such a shorty company.

I had spoken with online agents and did not receive the help I needed so I thought I would try the store. The employee greeted me at the door with what do you need . I told him I had an appointment, he repeated what do you need. We went to a desk where he proceeded to tell me we don't work with California Life line our stores that is an online thing. I asked him to look at my modem I took with me to see if it would handle the speed of a new plan. He wouldn't . When I asked what plans are available he told me there is only one plan, it is x amount of dollars a month for the internet and x amount of dollars a month for the phone. If you get a discounted phone you don't get free mobile for a year. He told me ignore anything online agents told you because they are all wrong and don't know what they are talking about. I left after ten minutes without resolving the issue I made the appointment for. I would not recommend this store.

Right after he replaced it and set up a zoom camera, he moves out of town. I now have a lemon that won't even let me into my email on some days. And the zoom camera has NEVER worked. It is quite obvious he was just trying to get rid of his supply before moving. And it is quite obvious he sold me merchandise that does not work! Not a good way of doing business or treating a loyal customer.
