After a quick call, he was able to come out the same day to assess the project, which immediately set the tone for a smooth experience. He takes the time to understand exactly what you want and then executes it with precision. The quality of the work is what really makes Wire Guys shine. Whether it's mounting a TV, installing a camera systems, installing a surround sound system, or setting up a full home alarm, everything is done with attention to detail. Wires are completely hidden, components are neatly organized (even tucked away in cabinets when possible), and the final result looks clean and polished--exactly what you'd hope for but rarely get. Another thing that stands out is how tidy Ray is while working. He cleans as he goes, so there's no mess left behind, which is a huge plus for any in-home project. Network wiring for 10 workspaces were done with 2 network ports in each station. We also upgraded our network rack which Wire Guys order for a very reasonable price. As for the technicians, all I can say is they were amazing. They were very professional, detailed oriented and on time. All of the work performed was done great and great quality. The technicians were friendly and accommodating to any request no questions ask. Our project was completed on time as planned and everything from the technical aspect of things were done great with no issues. We will definitely keep using Wire Guys for any work.

    T-Mobile 5g has brought me such a sense of nostalgia and allows me to see a side of the internet…read morethat no other modern service can provide. When I'm trying to load a webpage, I get that wave of nostalgia that brings me right back to 1995 when you'd try to open your browser while someone was making a phone call. Truly remarkable that a page with absolutely no images and only text can take so long to load. Look how far we've come! And did you know that almost all apps have a cute little graphic to let you know that they've timed out? I didn't know that! Thanks to T-Mobile, I can experience this on apps from Amazon to Zillow. If you would've told me 30 years ago that the internet would cost so much and have absolutely no improvements, I wouldn't have believed you. For instance, it's windy out right now and while I'm unsure how that affects satellite internet, somehow I don't know if this review will even post. But seriously, their service is trash. Satellite is glorified dial-up. Spring for Comcast. Paying T-Mobile for their internet access to save money isn't worth all the time you'll waste waiting for stuff to load or power cycling your router because you're not sure if the internet is down or not.

    Xfinity does not care about their customers and this store is just an amplification of that…read moreresounding message. We have had our payments on autopay for the last 10 years and then all of a sudden they told us the payment failed (and we owed fees and they might shut off our service) through text message! We immediately called our bank and there was no problem on our end. We tried to fix the issue online but kept getting pop up errors and then proceeded to spend over two hours in "chatting" online with customer service, only for them to tell us we would have to drive to a physical store to make a payment because they couldn't help us. We drove 20 minutes to this store and upon entry we saw 6 young employees sitting on their phones, except one who was helping a customer. One employee was so bored he was playing with a kendama, trying to catch and balance it on top of things. The employee who asked us what we needed immediately told us that the issue was probably because "their internet is down". Let that sink in. First of all, THEY ARE THE INTERNET! Second of all, if they go down so much that it becomes their employees default answer to everyone's issues, maybe they are in the wrong business. We explained the issue again and he tried looking up our account, only to tell us he was getting the same pop up as us and the people online and he could not fix the problem. We also tried to make a payment while we were there so that we at least didn't have to worry about that, but they told us they could not do that either and we would have to drive to a different city to a "corporate" store and maybe they could help us. We were so pleased and confident in their abilities that we immediately drove the 45 minutes to the next city and.... JUST KIDDING! We went home because it was obvious they did not care and couldn't help. After 2 hours on the phone, transfers from IT to Billing and more, and getting hung up on THREE different times by their customer service agents, I finally got someone named Phillip who actually seemed to comprehend basic English and maybe even care about his job a little. He told us that something went wrong with the payment and they could not fix it but to go to the store and try paying CASH to see if the issue ultimately resets. We returned to this store, made a cash payment and now have no idea what is going on with our account because we still cannot log in without a pop up. We are currently looking at switching to AT&T because going to a physical store to make a cash payment every month is 2025 is insanity.
