Ayera has been a great decision for us…read more During the 2 years that I have been using them, here are my comments. 1) They answer the phone quickly. Anytime I have had to call I have never had to wait on hold, they pick up. The people I have talked to in the office are always helpful and friendly. 2) We have the 60 MB plan and have not had too many issues. Occasionally there may be some lag time, but for the most part the service has been good. We do have a couple extenders in the house and I think these help a lot. 3) It is easy to set up your account online and manage anything you need. I am on autopay and it makes things very easy 4) We have had technicians come out twice over 2 years. Once when we moved in and again this week when we were able to upgrade to a higher speed plan. They had to replace the radio antenna to get the higher speed. Vance and Ryan were the technicians that came out. They are both professional, friendly, calm, knowledgeable and work efficiently. They arrive on time, introduce themselves, explain what they are going to do, and then get the job done. For me, it is the little things that matter. For example, this week when they both came out and it was wet outside from the rain, before they entered my house they wiped their feet. These little things show you that they care about what they are doing and that they want the customers to have a good experience. If you are debating about what internet to go with, choose Ayera. We have been very happy with our decision.

We have been long term customers of Conifer and were treated very poorly by receptionist. She wouldn't listen to my issues and said if she ordered a home service they would charge over $100. Not very nice since speeds whet down a lot after signing up for increase. The old owners ran a better company! The new people need to listen and help better, especially when a customer is trying to explain an issue. I unplugged everything, waited and then replugged. Through my uneducated efforts the speed has increased but is not at the level yet that they promoted. Moral: Customer Service means a lot. New owners should go back to the old levels. Also, rude service and not listening are not the best way to keep customers (especially long term ones) Bill Pope
