    They are unorganized with extremely long lines. They call the same phone numbers to get help just as we would.

This blessing being that we would save an abundance of money that would have gone towards a higher mortgage at a new home. Therefore, we figured that we would use the money to make upgrades to our home. While playing video games together, my son suggested that we turn our spare room into a "mancave." After furnishing the room with a comfortable futon, I figured that we should upgrade the 42 inch tv that currently resided in the room to something a bit bigger (so American of me). While at Best Buy waiting to pick up a new tv, I began looking at tv stands; however, most of the stands were bulky and would conflict with the minimalist approach that I was aiming for. I immediately started watching YouTube videos on how to install a TV wall mount, and came to the conclusion that it was a job that my wife and I could take on. However, when the mount arrived at our home via Amazon, we realized that we much rather prefer to have a professional install it. I immediately did a Yelp search for "tv mounters" and the results led me to Alive Entertainments owned and operated by a gentleman named Francisco. Francisco not only had perfect reviews (and the photos to showcase his work), but also had a really cool bio about his journey working with electronics (ironically I had a similar upbringing in relation to installing car audio systems in my youth). I gave Francisco a call and was able to secure a same day appointment. Leading up to the set appointment time, Francisco did a great job of communicating his status. Francisco arrived at 1:23 pm and finished the installation at 2:10 pm, which was extremely quick. It probably would have been quicker had I not bothered Francisco with questions pertaining to the installation. I'm using the word bothered; however, Francisco did not seem bothered at all to patiently answer my questions. By the attention to detail that Francisco applied to the installation, it's pretty obvious that Francisco is knowledgeable and passionate about his craft. I'm looking forward to playing video games and using our spare room for at-home workouts on those days when I cannot make it to the gym. I will definitely refer Francisco to my family & friends, and plan on scheduling another appointment in the near future to have our bedroom television mounted. Thank you Francisco!

Turns out they pretty much have the best deal there is anymore as prices of the most basic Internet plans have gone up so that there's not really such thing as "deals" anymore. But there are still some discounts if you get paperless billing statements, pay by bank account instead of credit card, and have autopay set up. All in all, we learned some things and although they didn't have a free modem promo unless you changed up to a better Internet plan, at least I found out that what my folks are paying isn't too bad and they weren't being had. Looking out for our elders who are quite intimidated by tech. We asked about mobile plans too, but for now it seems my folks didn't need to upgrade so their basic plan is good. The store is big, clean, bright, calming, I think all of that is to create an atmosphere where they can talk you into a better, higher plan, but there really wasn't any pressure sales, and the staff who helped us was friendly and honest, telling us that what my folks got is the best value there is unless a seasonal promo comes up. Thanks Xfinity. For the most part, it's not too bad minus 1 Star for occasional outages.

We went in to try to resolve something that couldn't be taken care of online and for which we were told we had to go into the store so we did. We were still unable to get good help to resolve the problem and although service was friendly, they kept changing the goalpost so we told them we'll just cancel our service and before we got to the car we got an email that says they upgraded our plan! What?! So now we get to spend more time trying to get this fixed. It's been quite a hassle all around and we will not do mobile with Xfinity anymore. No choice on Internet so we're stuck, as with most of our region. The store is nice and clean and cooled down to be quite cold too keep you from heating up with frustrations perhaps? lol. Overall, bad value for mobile service, definitely use a MVNO provider.

This is a corporate store which means that they have the ability to do things that a authorized retailer does not. I had a very large concern involving a phone I had to turn in to get credit on my new phone. Normally I would receive a shipping mailer for it, but as of the 25th day none had arrived. I was getting concerned so I went to this T-Mobile store and was greeted by several associates. I explained everything and they told me not to worry that they would resolve it by taking the phone there. Since it's a corporate store, they can do that and they gave me a receipt. What a relief as I was very worried about everything involving my old phone being returned to T-Mobile. The service was absolutely stellar and the associate I talked to could not have been more polite or helpful. We even went over my bill and he explained some features of my new Google Pixel Watch 4. The store is spotlessly clean and the display of the phones and other items are excellent. I have been a customer of T-Mobile for many years and honestly have never had any problems with service or the phones. A few older one star reviews make me wonder. I have walked into T-Mobile stores before when they were really, really busy and sometimes the wait is a little long. Normally when that occurs I just leave and come back later. I do feel sorry for those customers who experience the issues that occurred. However, in my dealings, I have never had that problem. One time I accidentally locked up my SIM card and after waiting a while the person at a T-Mobile authorized retailer unlocked it for me.
