Furthermore, Verizon came out and installed my Fios then told me that within the next few days my cable would be buried in October. Guess what, the cable is still not buried (January) after continuously calling and complaining. If it was Comcast, they would be out here within a couple days. Please people, do yourself a favor and completely avoid Fios at select any other internet company. Verizon is a mammoth sized company that only cares about money and is not worth the headache.

They acknowledged that I did not have the service and that the bill was a mistake, issued a credit, and told me it would not happen again. This has been repeated now for 4 months in a row and I fully expect to have to do it for installments 5 and 6. I even spoke to a supervisor last month and they gave me a ticket#. It doesn't help that each of these calls lasts 30-60 minutes (I get put on hold multiple times and have to answer the same questions multiple times (like "what is your phone number and can we call and text it about our services" (answer always no))!

So for starters let's try focusing on some of the good. The digital cable sure does hook up one sweet looking picture. In that regard I'm pretty sure that they're still doing it the best. the long list of movie, radio, and sports stations also provide some serious distractions (for better and worse). And hell, the On Demand option gives you the chance to catch up on random Animes during hour's where no one in their right frame of mind should be watching random Animes (Not that I ever suggested that I was in a right frame of mind - as this review may indicate.). Did I cut through that freaking wire yet? No? crud - lets go through some of that bad. Overall I pretty much liken Comcast to The Empire in Star Wars. right now when it comes to cable and Internet here they're pretty much the grandmasters. Verizon and -are their any other options?- are getting there, but they're not really much of a rebellion (I liken them to Jabba the Hutt and his crew - only not as fat and sluggish or as bad ass as Boba Fett!). So it's made it's fair share of milestones and innovations - and the majority first happened around Philly. It also dishes out an uncanny amount of money to charities, fund raising, and year long entertainment event's. so it gives a significant amount of money that it makes back to other things. So love it, hate it, or just find it the best of whats out there currently, you can't deny that it has done some good. Now I have to watch some more Anime!

This charge was not discussed at the time I was considering Directv as my provided. Now I'm stuck for two years. He never called. And never was on the property because we have cameras all over. Then when I try to get some customer service, they only have 'offshore' representatives to speak to. So now my 84-year-old mother has not had TV since Saturday and DIRECTV is doing nothing about technician that canceled our appointment. Of course they site not having enough techs. Their service is horrible and their channel lineup is barely better than a TV with rabbit ears. Don't sign up with DIRECTV.
