Margaux a manager has a fake smile her only goal is to say no and then no again. I have a disability and the tech did not know the meaning of an accommodation when I said I had a disability and needed to work with the same tech so I didnt have to repeat myself five times in one sitting. My needs were ignored. I called recently and spoke to another AI clone John and tried to reach the one and only human working there, Jared who is terrific and a normal human being. But John refused to contact Jared for me. I had new information from Verizon about the process of wiping my phone but the AI clone said that would be against the rules for him to get Jared or even pass a message to Jared for me. Again my simple accommodation was refused. Now I need to get in the car and drive 20 miles just to discuss my case so that I dont have to repeat myself for the tenth time. Apple has turned into a horrible company and my phone is a business phone. Apple is so rich they have no need for care or human decency any more. They are ruthless and have that fascist vibe.
