At first I was going to go to one of the bigger company stores but when I looked online I just felt they were overcharging on everything, whereas the Mattress guy gave me a great deal and took away my old mattress for a small and reasonable fee. All in all the amount I paid was great value for the great quality and I love that it's made locally and I'm supporting a small local business. The delivery guys were super friendly and easy going and my whole experience was just fantastic. I would definitely recommend and will go back for my next purchase. They're still in business because they're honest, kind, have a variety of foam products many foam stores don't carry and they do custom foam cuts for your needs. The store itself doesn't have lots of bells and whistles, as the owner is intent on passing on savings to their customers. NO2: there is a longer receipt which is a sales order stapled underneath the sales receipt and in the middle stating - no exchange or return for open items. There was no highlights nor any sort of communications of the return policy when I bought it. And the return policy is ridiculous. Noting the "over two thousand dollar" beds just inside the door, we continued looking at the outer beds on the left, and boy are we glad we did. The helpful employee Jay un-intrusively asked if we knew what kind of bed would be best for us by our sleep patterns/habits. Being a side sleeper I'd never thought of that before. Jay pointed out three beds and recommended we lay on each and get a feel for the level of firmness. I certainly feel I could probably sleep on anything and didn't know if I'd find them too different from one another however the firm was way springier than the medium and the soft was too soft. Kinda felt like goldilocks or something. Having printed out beds from their website, adding the details and descriptions online helped better relate to the proposed differences to the beds we looked at. Note that at least one bed was $649 online but marked over $700 in-store - Jay said it was because he didn't get the updated sign. After much contemplating we chose one. It's being delivered soooon. :)

This is an employee review, so a little different perspective than the other reviews. I was brought…read morein to help with sales inside the store while also developing outside sales revenue as well. The owner is nice and the other employees were great. The problem was the wife of the owner who has kind of taken over running the front part of the store. She hired me and I was supposed to work 3 shifts a week in-store and then the outside sales on my own time. The pay for the inside sales was hourly while the compensation for the outside revenue would be commission although she kept avoiding my questions when I tried to pin her down on how that worked. She was always evasive about it and the regular wages were paid in an even sketchier way. My first six shifts went fine and I was selling things and negotiating pricing. The customers liked me and I had even gotten two solid leads on outside sales with a pretty big builder and a new private school. I came into my next shift and worked only to have my immediate Manager tell me the owner's wife had replaced me, but that I could still do the outside sales if I wanted. Yeah, right. Sum total. 7 shifts worked. I signed an employment agreement, but was never given tax forms to fill out. I got completely screwed by this company and by the wife of the owner. Prospective employees beware.
