I was under the impression that you did not think my post worth of Reply, How ever I see that you…read morekeep replying to my posts and reviews. So you should stop degrading your self, and admit your fault, you are an old man, so act like one and be wise not stupid.
As a consumer it is my responsibility to alert other consumers of your wrong doing by selling defective goods and try to cover it up by plastic and instead of admitting your fault and understand that CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT, call your self a small business owner. NO SIR, This does not let you off the hook. How ever you do try to bring your self and your business down by calling your self ( A small business owner ), this does not justify you to sell damage goods.
The second per of chairs was ordered by phone on Feb 14th 2019, the name of the person that took the order was Pat Wong, she said one of the chairs are on the floor and the other one is in the back, although I asked for both to be in the box like the other 2 that I purchase a month before, She said they do not have any more in the box how ever they have two available in excellent conditions, one is on the floor and one is in the back. When we came and pick them up, There were three staff over there, Sofia, another lady behind desk and a young tall guy who brought both chairs with him from back and helped me to put it in my vehicle. I never saw you, and you were not present at that moment both chairs were wrapped with plastic. When we took the chairs home and un wrapped the plastic I saw the weight mark on one of the chairs.
They were not mark of a plastic wrap, I have taken picture of that mark as a evidence and documented that sent one to BBB as a evidence, and also sent it to you by Email. the weight Mark on the chair that you foolishly and timidly try to imply as a plastic wrap mark that is a foam disfigure and naturally expand, Did not expand as you call it, and re shaped by itself after being in our apartment for almost one week.
The fact that now after posting these reviews and complaints to Better Business Bureau you are trying to justify your mistake by lying, make me feel and believe that You do indeed think of your self a SMALL BUSINESS OWNER. therefore I feel so sorry for you.
You are as old as my father, all your hair is white, i was brought up in a family and culture that they thought me respect people around me the way you like to be respected, specially people that are older than you, ( They said white hair colour is meaning of a wisdom, but when I see people at your age dis respectful to others and try to step on others in order to move up, that makes me wonder about you.
On your respond instead of saying sorry, you call me names, you lie about me asking for discount and refer me of someone that is not happy in his life. I NEVER ASKED FOR DISCOUNT, ALL I ASED WAS FOR YOU to respect me as a customer and acknowledge your mistake by saying sorry.
I can tell you this much, Now I know for sure that you are indeed a sad, miserable person in your life ( As you are seeing everybody the way your feel about your self and your life, although you own 2 big furniture stores, but you want to cheat by lying,
