Kelly ordered it for me and it arrived promptly two weeks later as promised. Kelly was knowledgeable and patient in helping me pick out the light fixtures and also the type of LED light bulbs that would be most appropriate in terms of daylight brightness. The most amazing thing is that after I had the light fixtures installed, I had a problem inserting one of the lightbulbs. As I live in Vancouver, and not in Richmond, Kelly agreed and came to my condo to help me fix the bulb. It turned out one of the contacts inside the socket got slightly bent. However, the delivery guys were AMAZING! "David the Great" and "Guy the Beautiful" who does charming poses were so helpful, funny, friendly and went the extra mile. They provided great customer service and redeemed my experience with this retailer. After all this, I'm not sure that I will buy from Brier's again.
