However, I think this is why they are able to offer some of the best prices I have seen in Richmond. They deserve 5 out of 5 for price. We bought all the mouldings for my mom's house reno and our own new house there over the past 3 years. The only reason I'm not giving them a 5-star rating is because we recently had a problem with an incorrect order on the store's end and it took more effort on our part that it should have to see that it was resolved. Other than that, we have been very happy with their products and based on their pricing, I would definitely recommend them. A word of caution: plan and measure your project carefully as they they have a "no returns or exchanges" policy, so better to buy less and keep going back for more!
