The only reason I'm not giving them a 5-star rating is because we recently had a problem with an incorrect order on the store's end and it took more effort on our part that it should have to see that it was resolved. Other than that, we have been very happy with their products and based on their pricing, I would definitely recommend them. A word of caution: plan and measure your project carefully as they they have a "no returns or exchanges" policy, so better to buy less and keep going back for more!

Kelly ordered it for me and it arrived promptly two weeks later as promised. Kelly was knowledgeable and patient in helping me pick out the light fixtures and also the type of LED light bulbs that would be most appropriate in terms of daylight brightness. The most amazing thing is that after I had the light fixtures installed, I had a problem inserting one of the lightbulbs. As I live in Vancouver, and not in Richmond, Kelly agreed and came to my condo to help me fix the bulb. It turned out one of the contacts inside the socket got slightly bent.
