If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have been to this place multiple times. They have great drink specials and I love the MN tot fusion burger. The service is always bad. You have to ask for everything (refills, to come back to take your order, your check, etc.) The staff really doesn't give a shit and you can tell they don't want to be there. But it's cheap and like I said great drink specials. I've never had horrible food from there a few ok times but nothing I'd send back. After my last experience with their food I will no longer be returning. My husband and my friend's husband went up there for lunch and we asked them to bring food back for us. Kept it simple so we thought. 2 chicken bacon ranch wraps with chips. I guess I didn't understand that it would be a salad in a wrap! Grossest thing I have ever gotten from a restaurant. There were carrots in it, some weird mini red things that looked like tomatoes but tasted like it was pickled(whatever it is don't put it on your food anymore!), and it came with zero dressing. It was a chicken bacon RANCH wrap. So not a wrap and you missed one of the main ingredients. This place has an awesome Bloody Mary bar, decent food and a lot of potential... but the service is a major issue. Every single time I have been here it actually gets worse. Service is extremely slow, servers not polite or efficient. Hopefully they can figure out their staffing problems and get this place up to its full potential. This place is not as bad as our fellow Yelpers make it out to be. I would say a soild 3 with an extra star for a great beer selection. Girlfriend and I came on a Saturday night and decided to sit on the patio. The patio consists of about 5 tables overlooking a pond/swamp. We spent the first 10 minuets just trying to figure out the menu, there is just a lot going on there. One menu for food, one for apps, and one for drinks. I think some downsizing would really help, 50 different burgers offerings might be a little much. I ordered a bison burger with fries. The fries come with unlimitied "dustings" which is basically seasoning on the table that you apply yourself. My burger was good and cooked to medium just the way I like it. Service was good and we were never forgotten or neglected. The beer list is what I really loved. 20+ taps with maybe another 20+ can/bottles (I didn't really count) some of which I have not seen anywhere else in the metro. The beer may be a little expensive, but show me a place with craft beer where you're not paying $5-$7 a piece. That's just the way it is these days. As of this writing they have only been open for about 5 months so hopefully they have the kinks worked out that come with opening a new restaurant. I had a good experience and I hope others will give this place a fair shake. read more

We ate here last night as it is a nice walk from our home. I was concerned about the reviews regarding service, but decided to give it a try anyway. In general, the service was slow, but not horrible. The food was really very good, and reasonably priced. They do offer all you can eat french fries or chips with your burger, and they are very tasty. Be sure if you are going to ask for more fries, that you do it as soon as your food arrives, as they are not at all proactive on serving you. My biggest complaint here is the wine. While they offer 50 beers, they only offered two different vineyards for wine. This is acceptable for a beer place I guess. Gnarly head is their top end and it $8 per glass. This would not be a terrible price, if it were not for the size of their wine glasses. They use the old school tiny wine glasses that your grandmother had, that hold maybe three to four ounces of wine. This would be an easy fix for them if they would just update their glasses or lower their prices. read more

Yes, it's true, this place is noisy and the service is comically slow. That being said, the food is off the chain!!! The menu is a tad daunting with so many strange burger options. After finally making my decision, I was giddy to order the MN Tots & Bacon Fusion Burger. Of course, as soon as the words tumbled out of my mouth, I was told by our server they were out of their Tot Fusion Burgers, because they were out of tots. WHAT?????!!!!! I had already taken about half an hour to make up my mind, and now I had to find something else?!!!!!! My husband was seriously on the verge of a hangry meltdown. Being the good wifey I am, I closed my eyes and pointed to the menu. Apparently my finger landed on the Cactus Jack Burger. It sounded weird to me, but I was not in the mood to deal with a cranky husband, so I ordered it. About 45 minutes later (just as my husband was about to get up and leave to get McDonald's instead) the server appeared with our food. O, M, G, this burger was AMAZING! The fried cactus paired with the jalapeno jack and the meat was so insanely good, I literally cannot stop thinking about it. Who knew how delicious cactus is! Do they sell cactus at the nearest Cub Foods? If so, what the heck will I pair it with and how will I prepare it? I digress. Anyhoo, despite not having any room left I simply could not leave without trying the Chocolate Razz Funnel Fries. Thankfully, not only did they come out quickly, they were insanely good as well! I ate a few and took the rest to go. We then waited for another eternity to get our check from our server. Fortunately, they had those table games which you can busy yourself with when your server is nowhere to be found. All in all, the food was so good that despite the service, I am defs a fan of Wyatt'sTwisted Americana. read more

In sum, the food is excellent but the service is lousy. They have interesting infusions for your typical all American cuisine and clearly use fresh, high quality ingredients. The service here was awful. The waiter seemed really spacy, took forever bringing me my drink (a dirty martini-not particularly complicated), brought out food for half the table promptly but took ages getting it out for the rest of the table, brought me the wrong entrée the first time, and was unapologetic about all of it. He brought out a free appetizer for one of my friends who also had to wait extra long for his food, but that's not enough to make up for a lousy experience. The food was fine but nothing extraordinary; you can find countless restaurants with burgers just as good with significantly better service. If it had been an especially busy evening or they had just opened I'd be a little more understanding, but neither of these were the case. From what I've read in the other reviews, service like this isn't at all uncommon, so I really hope the owners read these and actually do something to improve this. read more

Ate here on election night. We loved the burgers and beers! I had Pseudo Sue and would have had a second if I wasn't driving. I rarely review places but feel compelled to do so after my recent experience at Wyatt's. Do not be scared away by the negative reviews. I was very excited to hear that this place was opening near my house and will admit I ate here within a week of their opening last year and was not impressed. Service was painfully slow even though they were not busy and the food was not that good. My high expectations were dashed. I decided to give it another shot tonight and could not have been more impressed. We were greeted immediately and our server, Jake, came over within a minute. They were not packed but reasonably busy. He was very friendly and gave us great and detailed recommendations on beer and the huge and slightly overwhelming menu. He told us about the happy hour specials and even reminded us to get another order in before it was up. So, to assuage any fears about service, it was fantastic. Our appetizer came out in about 5 minutes and the burgers were out in about 15 minutes if that. Service was attentive and Jake was prompt and helpful throughout. Our burgers were unbelievably good and we appreciated Jake's recommendations on that and the seasonings and sauces for dipping. All in all, it was a great experience and for anyone hesitant to try this place because of some of the negative reviews, do yourself a favor and check it out! I can't wait to come back. read more

This was our 3rd time and last time coming here. We ordered burgers told server I want it Medium Rare , tells me they are normally cooked to medium so okay cool. Out comes this train wreck of a burger , the patty wasn't a patty just some ground beef smashed together. It was well done and falling apart as I was picking it up , my brother's burger was also like this. Bun was mush and I was eating burger with fork because everything fell apart. The time before we were here They over cooked burger sent it back and got a new one , they took it off our bill so we didn't expect it to happen again. This time we didn't say anything just because we had a movie to see next door. Also the table behind us must have complained because I heard server telling them they took the Kids meals off the bill. So we figured why complain they are slowly killing their business on their own and giving away food , would love to see what their food cost is with comping meals ! We went for the first time Sunday night. Air conditioning was broke and they were trying to cool the place down with fans. It is was still so hot. Our service was nice, but not very knowledgeable on the menu. Very slow at trying to enter our order for 4 people into his little tablet. I had the first and chips. It was good although super greasy. Got the fries dusted with cajun and those were good. Got some tot side and that was pretty good but greasy too. 1 person got a flatbread and they thought it was good. 1 person got a philly and said the bread was too hard and all meat in the middle. The other person got a burger and they thought it was ok but weird that the mushrooms were diced. Ordered a bloody mary and no salt on the rim of glass. Ordered a Bud Light bottle and it was really skunk tasting like it had been left or stuck in a broken cooler and got too hot then cooled down. I did also try their Mango pop and that was really delicious. Probably the best part of the meal. Women bathroom has no changing table if you need one. Most likely will not be back. read more

Veterans be advised you are ranked lower than the vikings (Vikings logo is displayed higher than all the American services. Is the owner a communist or Isis supporter? (told by server that owner would be consulted about the insult to the american flag and veterans. Re food and drink service ordered fries no real taste per the sprinkling, as staff forgot to dust the fries, after it took almost twenty min to get the order in. On another visit, at the bar I asked for a sample of a hard to find liquor. They don't come cheap bartender poured a full shot for almost $10, that's after he was too busy serving multiple smoothies to fellow servers and the regular barflies (is that the term). as I was waiting for another person all he wanted to do was push food. goodbye read more

Went last Sunday for Vikings game and we were greeted right away by the manager and it was busy, but everyone was happy and we got a table and they took drink order and got served within 10 minutes, at 1/2 time we ordered food...AWESOME food, this was our 2nd time there and we will be going back.. The service is terrible and the food is average. Don't waste your time. The servers just don't seem to know what to do and don't seem to care. Most of the time, there was no server visible in the entire restaurant. We were there on a Saturday at 1 pm and they were not busy at all, but we still waited over 10 minutes before a server even showed up at our table. We waited over 35 minutes for our food. Other tables waited even longer. For the entire time we were there, no dirty tables were ever cleaned off. The owner was present, but just stood around and did nothing. He seemed to be pretty clueless about what was and was not happening in his restaurant. The burgers were average. The fries are not very good and their "dusting" has absolutely no flavor. The potato chips were good. Burgers were around $11.00--definitely overpriced compared to other places. read more

Nasty, just gross. Went there last week; was very excited to have a seemingly cool place here in suburbia. Walked in and almost hit a table that was positioned literally AT the door. No one greeted us, so we had to chase someone down. While waiting for one of the mere four outside tables, a sweaty man was running around like he was all stressed; he served a table claiming "you're gonna have to help me out here!" Rude. The table was NOT happy. The whole place had three bottles of ketchup......it's a 'burger place' ?! I asked to have cheddar in my burger.....came out a cold chunk of burned meat with American cheese in it. Nice. Ordered a simple IPA- you know when that smell of dirty dish rags hits your nose, they're either drying their glasses on one, or their tap lines need desperately to be cleaned out! I think it was the later. Oh, did I mention the IPA was totally flat?! The waitress was nice and said the manager wanted to come over -I assume that was the sweaty guy- he never did show up......probably out trying buy more ketchup bottles off craigslist. Where's the zero star rating, because that's what they deserve. Go away Twisted so a real establishment can move in. read more

Stopped in at 4:30pm to get quick dinner with my kids, took 45 min to get burger baskets even though the place had 6 additional people in the place and then my son's burger came delivered with a dead fly on the tomato. We brought this to waitresses attention, she asked if we wanted new burger but given time it took for first one we declined and then she said she could "steam" cook the burger but we ultimately just wanted the bill. We ordered the basket of fries so we could add our own seasoning that is offered at every table but couldn't taste any of the seasonings that we tried so they should revisit this idea since all of them just tasted like salted fries. When the bill came, they had removed the cost of burger from our bill, however after giving waitress $20 for $13 bill, she went back to register, came back with $20 asking if I wanted change from it so I'm now highly irritated that she would put me on the spot and insinuate that I should give her a tip of $7 on a $13 total bill. I honestly wasn't faulting her for the fly in the burger, but the fact that she put me on the spot, on top of the fly just painted a bad service sign on our experience and we won't got back. read more
