This class was anything but what the description stated . We were suppose to learn how to prepare salmon, salad and crème brûlée, and we were suppose to be instructed on how to prepare this ourselves (hands on) and then enjoy the meal together . The ONLY things that were allowed to do were : Cut a shallot Chop some salad Pour the crime brûlée and torch it Totally inexcusable for what I paid for this class ! At one point, they had us take a 15 minute break while THEY seasoned the salmon and prepared the other food ! This class was a complete joke! It was boring, expensive and as I said before a complete disappointment and a scam! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

I had asked one of the project managers to email me with information on the one modern style that they showed me; and to provide me with an estimate/quote - and left them with all of my contact information (not that I wanted to, but they asked me to fill out their entire form); and they also asked to take a copy of my architectural plans - but never heard back, not a peep! How can you run a sales business and not adhere to the promise you made to a potential client to reach out to them? This is a terrible first impression for any potential client for any business, let alone for those who will be spending tens of thousands of dollars with them. They're certainly not getting my business and I don't recommend working with them to anyone. If service & communication is this bad at this stage, imagine what it would be like to PM a whole renovation project with them - from design to manufacturing to installation!? No thanks.

I have yet to write a bad review online but I'm so disappointed with the quality of the kitchen and…read morethe lack of attention to detail. we had these cabinets installed 2 years ago and the custom hood has cracked, the custom color paint is chipping. in addition severap mistakes were made during design process- the stove was mismeasured by the NuKitchens team and thankfully I caught that mistake otherwise all of the cabinets would have come in incorrectly. in addition our custom hutch was built up against the window in our kitchen so we can't even fit Roman shades without hitting the cabinet. It was extremely overpriced and we felt completely rushed during the process as they kept telling us we have to order asap or else the prices go up. To say the least it was hard to watch our hard earned money for our forever home go into a kitchen that is breaking down in 2 years.

My wife and I were delighted by the beautiful work done by ATOZ Renovations. We're not in the habit…read moreof writing rave reviews. (We're New Yorkers after all.) But the job they did deserves recognition. Among the many people worth a shout-out: designer Chaya Uzan whose enthusiasm and ideas gave us a sense that our project was quite special; and Robbie Goldberg, our day-to-day contact and project manager, who brought a craftsman's eye to all aspects of the job. When problems were encountered, problems were fixed. An example: once we installed a new oven in the kitchen we realized that we would have to do without a favorite built-in spice cabinet. Robbie came up with ingenious fix requiring some custom carpentry so that the spice rack did not disappear but became an integral of the whole. Anthony, our renovation expert, was our first contact with A to Z. He encouraged us not to give up on what we wanted the project to look like even though other renovators had told us it was impossible to do. He also offered to answer any questions we might have along the way. Then there's Shevy, the permit and insurance coordinator. She dealt with the necessary paperwork and kept the inspectors at bay so we did not have to deal with those headaches. And last but not least, Mario, the site manager, who was there every day, hands-on, always professional and pleasant. On that note, the entire team seemed to like one another and treated us and each other with a refreshing degree of decency and consideration. To summarize: The team at ATOZ was thoroughly professional and kept us informed with clear, consistent communication every step of the way. Importantly, the team worked efficiently to stay on schedule and were fair when an unexpected issues arose, providing clear solutions. The final result is exceptional, and the quality of work exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to recommend ATOZ to anyone.
