Nice selection of shoes and good prices. However, the staff is not equally friendly to everyone. A male staffer opened the door for customers to leave and even waited for the customers to leave before closing the door. When it came our turn, he just stared at us as we opened the door ourselves knowing very well that he just treated the 5 people ahead of us better by greeting them and opening the door for them -- not sure if it was due to race or what. But if you're going to be so blatant about unequal treatment, customer service roles aren't for you. I'm not sure what that was all about, but that was very odd to me. Our female cashier was fine and friendly, but the male staffer just stood there at the front while there were several people in line instead of helping to check people out.
This reminds me when I first tried to come here, it was opening time and I kept pulling at the door as a staffer just stood there near the cashier not acknowledging the locked doors despite the fact that it was almost 45 minutes after opening time. This wouldn't be my first pick place for shoes due to the lack of good customer service the last couple of times I've been here. There are of plenty of other places who will treat customers better than I've been treated here. read more
