Today, I purchased a wagon and the young lady who helped me was amazing. She brought the item down, answered my questions, and even offered to carry it for me. She was incredibly kind and deserves recognition for her outstanding customer service. One thing I noticed was that while I was carrying the wagon through the store, the only employees who offered help were female team members. I passed two younger male employees who didn't check in, even though I was clearly struggling a bit. I wasn't expecting anyone to carry it for me, but a simple offer to help would have been appreciated. I also want to recognize the older gentleman outside who checked on me while I was loading my car and made sure I was okay. Overall, this is still a great store. My only suggestion is to encourage all employees to check on customers carrying heavy items. Maybe because I wasn't older or looked like I struggled but it was heavy and seeing me struggle a bit - A small gesture can make a big difference.

However, if you want to park for free, you need to park at the perimeters of the Collection and walk to this Lululemon. What I like about this establishment is that they immediately serve you as soon as you walk in, in comparison to the Lululemon outlets where the educators kind of ignore you. My intention for this visit was to use the hemming service adding to the great value of my pants. I was helped by Ryley F., who promptly was able to take me in with a smile to hem my 5 pocket, ABC, warpstreme pants. He was able to serve me efficiently by leading me to the fitting room. He awaited for me to emerge so he could promptly measure my pants, pin it, then send it on its way to get hemmed. It took exactly 7 days until I got my pants hemmed back. It was such a smooth and efficient process, all Lululemons should operate this way. When I returned to the store today to pick up my pants, it took no less than 1 minute where I was in and out. Now that's the kind of 5 star service I expect!

Once the employee "ELLEY" finished at the register, she helped the family first without checking who had been waiting longer. When I was finally assisted, no one came back to see how the shoes fit or if I needed anything else. I came in ready to spend nearly $400, but the lack of customer service made me decide not to make a purchase. I'll continue driving to the Newbury Park location, where I've always received excellent service. I hope the Oxnard team receives additional customer service training, especially when it comes to acknowledging waiting customers and following up after bringing out shoes.

They were both disagreeing on how much toe space we needed. One telling my wife she needed more and mine telling me I needed less. So against my better judgment I listened to my fit expert and got the 9.5 After I got home and started wearing the around and with a tiny bit of feet swelling and warmth my toes were jamming at the end of the shoe. Hugo Boss and Armani suits for on average $400-$500. Joe' Jeans for $50-$80. The best deal I ever found was a T-shirt for $0.01...that's right "one cent!" These days I enjoy shopping online. It's much more convenient and allows me to do a price comparison. Usually I will purchase two different sizes, then keep the size that fits best. It's also nice to have your items shipped to the local store, that way you don't have to stress with "Porch Pirates" stealing you deliveries! The Nordstrom Notes are always nice little surprises to add to the shopping experience. The team at the Oxnard is always willing to help with a pickup or return.
