Do not order things online from this store. Jamie Garcia is rude & not helpful at all. They do not honor their own coupons if they cancel part of your order, when there own terms of service say they only remove part of your coupon if you return or exchange something. I literally had 2file complaints with BBB, california DCA, and the FTC. Because they would not honor a $25 off $100 + purchase even though my order was still over $150 after they canceled part of my order. There customer service and Jamie Garcia personally said they would not correct it. Which is a huge problem because a coupon is a legally binding document once a customer accepts it. I ordered a pair of Air Jordan's from WSS and they gave me a delivery date and charged my credit card and days before it was to be delivered, I got an email stating that they did not have my item. Wouldn't it have made more sense to check before charging for something they didn't have. I did receive a credit back, but it all seemed a bit backwards. Then I was asked to rate their "service" and when I gave them an unfavorable rating, they sent an email that said: "We thank you for your review, but unfortunately, we can't publish it because it did not meet our product review guidelines. However, we value your contribution and hope to post your review next time! Edit your review" When I went to edit it, it wouldn't let me. So, I guess only positive reviews are posted. buyers beware wss is a sham and a scam!!!! they will take your money and push a order through even the item in low stock or outta stock all together!!!! they after you file a claim with them they'll make you wait a long time for them to tell you the claim was denied but when you ask for the claim or details so that you can file your own claim they won't give it to you and then the manager will write a note on the account saying that they won't help you any further!!!! so please stay far far away from this company they are taking people money and not delivering the goods!!!! read more

I try to support my local businesses but some are just there to scam us. My son found a pair of Nike Jordan's that we liked. The store employee told me the price of the shoe when I asked and evened showed me the price on the shoe. When I get to the register, the store manager says that was the wrong price and seriously wanted me to pay $50 more for their mistake. She did offer me 20% off after I stood there and demanded she explain why I am to pay for their mistake and not honor the price on the shoe AND what the store employee told me. She asked me to leave which I gladly did without the shoe and we won't be back. read more

ordered some shoes for a concert I'm going to and they sent the wrong ones and won't replace them

Purchased a Jordan release on 3/10/2018 and instinctively bought the shoes without inspecting the product first. I noticed the shoe horn (cardboard inside) was missing from left shoe and was a black mark on the left shoe heel. The lace was undone on the shoe as well, further convincing me the shoe was definitely tampered with. Basically sold me a used pair of shoes at retail price. After a couple days I decide the black mark was bothering me too much to keep them so I tried to return them today (3/13/2018). They denied my return because they said they posted a sign stating, "all sales are final on new Jordan releases." However, I did not notice any sign(s) posted anywhere or it might've been taken down due to the fact this was the last pair available at this location. They could have at least told me before the purchase something was wrong with the shoes or sales final with no return. I may be out $160, but now I know not to ever shop at WSS. These shoes are unworn while under my control and in the condition which WSS sold them to me. I was very excited for the opening of this store! But the first and last time I was there my partner and I where stared and followed around the store. Made us feel very uncomfortable. The employees and security make it very obvious they are watching. It's understandable but it's very uncomfortable and people cannot shop in peace. Overall the store is super neat! Easy to find shoe sizes and clothes. The staff is friendly and is always willing to help. I just wish they wouldn't make customers feel uncomfortable and make people feel discriminated. read more

I'm really surprised about all the bad reviews. Glad I didn't listen to them and decided to go check it out. They have a pretty large selection of vans, nikes, adidas, & chucks for women, men, kids, as well as toddlers. They have some other popular brands but not a whole lot of those (like DC's or Pumas). I grabbed two pair of vans for myself. Unfortunately, my husband was a bit more selective and of the styles he liked, they didn't have his size. The workers were super nice as well. Will be back another time when it's time to grab some shoes. The have sports clothes & backpacks as well. Worth checking out in my opinion. read more

So I ordered shoes to have them delivered to my store. Was supposed to be 3 DAYS! Instead I waited 10 and had no alert that my shoes were in the store. I was really looking forward to these btw. So I called the local store since the online store has NO ONE TO HELP!!!! The local store said they'd look into it and call me when they came in. Came to the first time with my son, because the shoe he liked was not available they place an online order for us. Two weeks later we get an email stating that the shoe was not longer in stock, and that our full refund was going to be available in 3 to 5 business days. Days go by and no refund, called the 800 number for costumer service and kept getting nowhere (basically) they hung up on me 4 yes FOUR times. Decided to go to the store and for about one hour of going back and forth she called costumer service and couldn't figure how to refund my money! This store is the worst shoe store I've ever purchased shoes from. The security is way too aggressive. These guys that are supposed to be "security" or "lost prevention " are the worst ! They do way too much . They automatically size you up as soon as you walk in the store not trying to be discreet at all . I went in there and made a $480 dollar purchase, and in the beginning I started putting some merchandise to the side so I can purchase it when I was done looking around. keep in mind they are following me and keep walking by me the whole time finding excuses to stand a few feet away from me . So when I went back to where I was putting merchandise to the side they had already put all the merchandise back where I got it from. It was upsetting because i had specified to an employee that I was going to purchase the items I was setting to the side . Only because the merchandise was at a really good price I decided to go ahead and get all the merchandise again but this time I took it to the counter, because they have no shopping carts or bags to place merchandise in while shopping. At this point I am well over annoyed . So I just decide to proceed to the register and checkout . When I get there I am paying for my merchandise and it is almost 500 dollars so when they see me pull out a stack hundred dollar bills there's whole attitude changed towards me . The top flight security guards immiI felt racially profiled. I ended up taking everything I purchased home except for a pair of olive green air max 90's and I actually went back today to pick up the shoes after nearly a month after placing my order. So I get there , wait in line , and when I get to the register the young man at the register tells me to step a side till another person can assist me . This is so annoying because the shoes were literally in my eye sight right behind him . Even tho I told him that he still made me wait till his manager was done with the other costumer. Apearently he didn't know how to ring up online orders even tho I had already paid for the shoes when I placed the order . So finally she is able to hand me my shoes. I open up the box . And what do I see ? A pair of obviously USED Nike air max 90'S!! Yes they were used . Looked like somebody wore them for a week then just cleaned them and returned them . They had scuffs all around the shoe , and they had creases like someone wore them. Worst experience shopping for shoes ever !! I would give it a negative rating if I could .
