Dear Management, 01/04/2026 I recently visited Wrap House for the first time to enjoy a Mediterranean dinner. While I was looking forward to the experience, I felt compelled to reach out regarding the cleanliness of the establishment. During my meal, I noticed that the floors in both dining rooms were quite dirty. As a first-time guest, this was disappointing and made me feel uneasy about the overall hygiene of the restaurant. I have attached photos of the dining area for your reference. I hope you find this feedback helpful for maintaining your service standards, as I would like to feel comfortable returning in the future. Best regards, Anastacio M

A surprising gem of nutritiousness and deliciousness in Palm Springs. While it is quite pricey, I really enjoyed the chicken avocado wrap and fattoush salad. The gentleman taking our order was very nice and helpful and I love how they have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. It's nice to have a restaurant in the area that has healthy and nutritious options.

Deeeelicious! I was in the Palm Springs area for a staff retreat, and me and my colleagues wanted a quick sandwich or bowl before we went on a hike, so I did a quick search and found Wrap Houz. What a lucky find! The Street shawarma chicken bowl was amazing, you can get it with rice or fries, I got the rice, yum! The service was fantastic, including giving us some extra fries. Interestingly, it's actually 2 different buildings next door to each other, order in one, then dine next door, all of which is perfectly fine. The kitchen takes up the other half, because they also cater. Highly recommend. Support Local!

We came here for a late-night bite on a Friday. Most places nearby had already closed their kitchens by 10 pm, so it was down to this or Mexican food. We arrived around 11 pm and were so glad we found this spot. After reading the reviews, we came in planning to order the chicken shawarma and was recommended getting the Cajun Garlic Shawarma Wrap ($14.99) and a two piece baklava ($8). The shawarma was definitely the highlight. It was flavorful, satisfying, and really hit the spot. We were so happy to have found this gem on Yelp and immediately talked about coming back again. The staff was kind, and the place had that classic hole-in-the-wall charm low-key but full of flavor and personality.

The photos featured on yelp are fairly deceptive because it looks like a cute café you would expect to find in Palm Springs however, this is more like a old school hot dog shop vibe if all they sold was baklava and Mediterranean food... kinda like a dive restaurant meets food stand meets deli, however definitely worth it for the food and wonderful selection. I am pescatarian and while I did not notice any fish on the menu. I was quite content with all of the veggie options. Their wraps are like a giant thin pita utilized to create a burrito ! Perfect meal, very satisfying and filling I would definitely return Just go in expecting a no-frills dining experience

Delicious. Had the Philly Cheese Steak Wrap and baklava. Would recommend. Need to come back and try other options. Sat outside and had plenty of seating.

I always like to give places like this multiple tries before I finalize my opinion on them. The menu is extensive and has tons of options, including vegan friendly bites . This visit was late at night and I settled on a chicken Shawarma bowl as well as a beef Shawarma wrap. Both items were stuffed full of freshly made food. I didn't get to try the bowl, but I was told it was amazing and the fries were super fresh. If I had to complain about something, it would be the wait, but in all honesty, I would rather wait for something good than be served something old and stale instantly. You can get something good to eat if you have the time to wait and don't mind paying a little extra compared to other takeout joints. They also had a counter filled with treats, similar to baklava. I recommend trying one but don't be like me and get the big pack as they get a little expensive.

Food is delicious & I am unsure how the only (1) cashier takes orders, serves, answers calls & has a positive attitude; but she does it all. Definitely coming back! Outside seating is awesome too!

Wanted something quick and saw this had good reviews. I'll keep it simple, the two different wraps, one of them was the Cajun one and the other was the lime chicken one. Yeah I can't remember off the top of my head but they were on the first page of the menu they had displayed at the counter. Both were really good! Very flavorful. Not much inside other than the chicken and some peppers. But really enjoyed the flavor of both. Only downer was the price for the size you get. They weren't super small but maybe for the size. Them being more like $10ish would suite them but they both come in around $15. Either way aside from the price they were really good and yes I would come back to try other things on their menu. They did have a side room where you can sit inside, well I'm assuming it was part of their establishment because of the decor on the walls. Just an open room that looks like they use for gatherings. If it's not, whoops, but either way sat inside and finished our wraps.

Dessert clearly ready for a BIG party

I'm so glad I finally stopped here after several years of driving by. The Chicken Shawarma Wrap was delicious and the desserts to die for. Unfortunately, at noon, the dining room was dead... so come here for lunch people!!! It's not just take out. 4 stars instead of 5 because when I got home I discovered my Avocado Lime Beef Shawarma was made with chicken. Oh well, ate it anyway.

Man, this place may have some of the nost basic middle eastern food I have eaten. If I think of the worst Zankou Chicken I have ever been to, I would be still be in good hands. Mix plate offered the worst shish I have ever had. They seem to want to incorporate date without being able to balance the flavor. There was a burnt hamburger patty where there was supposed to be a kofta. Ughhhhhhh I am so disappointed in this late night tourist trap.

Chose to visit Wrap Houz while at a conference in Palm Springs. I was craving Mediterranean food and reviews on Yelp for this place gave me confidence I would enjoy the food. Was not expecting the counter style ordering but when I saw the incredibly clean and well maintained kitchen I knew I was in for a made to order treat. I ordered the chicken shawarma platter. The rice and chicken were cooked perfectly, tender, and seasoned perfectly. The cucumber and tomato salad side was delicious and refreshing. Could've just ordered a bucket of the salad to eat.

After several attempts to find this place open, I understood why in the past people waited for the owner to show up. Apparently, they have staff now and was able to visit last Saturday When I drove by a saw the front door open. I was approached by a really friendly staff member. I ordered the Lebenese style Chicken Schwarma I'd heard about. Here it goes: Explosive Flavor and Excellent Service! When in Palm Springs do not miss out on these Shawarma and the fresh Baklava they make there is to die for! Fries are good old school good and salted and golden brown to perfection. Definitely a new favorite spot.

The mussels are normally cooked with some kind of pork, which I don't eat, but when I asked if it was possible to get it without pork, they said they could definitely do that, which is never expected but definitely always appreciated! The lamb chops were delicious and cooked to perfection. They came on a bed of some sort of salad, with some aioli and mint jelly. Personally the salad and jelly didn't work for me but my husband's short rib (which was also cooked perfectly) came on a bed of cauliflower puree which was so delicious that I ate half. On night two, I ordered the lamb chops again but requested they be served with the cauliflower puree, and they happily obliged. My husband got branzino, which he thought was good but I thought it was great, and I usually don't care for it. Pro tip: They offer a $15 corkage fee but I think you may have to ask when you make a reservation and they also have a $15 coupon (business card) at the front desk. The service was great, both of our waitresses were perfectly attentive and the bussers were on point. This is now one of my favorite restaurants in the area and we plan to come back every time we are in town.

We arrived 15 minutes early and decided to have a cocktail in bar while waiting for table. We were told they were running 5-10 minutes behind but the Maitre D came to seat us before our cocktails were even ordered. lol We were sat on the fabulous patio with a gorgeous view of the scene. Good people watching if that's your thing. The first white jacketed back waiter took our water order and brought warm baguette with butter. For cocktails we had absolutely perfect gimlets on the rocks. Not too sweet or tart. Just right. Then another brought us an appetizer as a mea culpa for running late! ( They never were!) It was a wonderful cauliflower soup. Our main waiter came by to introduce himself, Jonathon( excellent, request him!) and explain the menu which was handwritten on white board. Love that! We ordered filet tartare, lobster ravioli and sea bass. They were all perfectly prepared and delicious. For dessert we devoured the chocolate soufflé. Don't skip on a chocolate soufflé! They are a rare commodity in dining these days. Other reviews noted high prices. I live in a big city where the prices are comparable if not higher. So we found them commensurate with the quality of food and level of service. I would dine here weekly if I were local, or at least cocktails at the bar. We ordered cocktails then looked at the easel menu when it was finally presented. My friend ordered the Escargot appetizer and the Lamb for his entree. I ordered the Crunchy Boston Scallops and the Lobster Ravioli for my entree. When the dishes were served they were all presented beautifully. All the dishes tasted heavenly...
