Absolutely delicious!! Not to mention this is a small business and their service is incredible, they make you feel like your family and they're just so sweet. Id like to lead off with the fact that the staff was very cordial but thats the best thing I can say. My first issue was that I ordered 3 wraps and some side but it took 30 mins just to get it and nobody was ahead of me. Price was standard but expectations were not met. I get home 5 mins later to find that all the wraps were all basically cold. Why did it take 30 mins to prepare this? Wraps were unevenly rolled, cold, and lacking good portions of protein. Also ordered the samosas and I cannot believe how much grease these things retained and dripped into box. Basically inedible and also lacked any decent filling. If you are ever in the Indio/ Palm Springs/ Coachella Valley, this is a MUST TRY. Do yourself a favor and have lunch here or order take out. This is a casual cafe located in a large strip mall/plaza. Lina, the owner was delighted to see us and we shared with her that we were not locals but were curious and decided to give it a try and the food and service did not disappoint! The Morrocan mint iced tea is a blend made with rose water, cardamom, mint, orange blossoms and refreshing. After my colleague and I finished lunch, the rest of our team met us there and also ordered here. This is arguably among the best Middle Eastern food I've eaten. We ordered the garbanzo bean salad (wow), this was so flavorful and fresh. We also shared the chicken shwarma and gyro plate. The gyro had some fat to it but I've never had gyro like this. The plate came with pita, hummus, house salad and rice. The chicken was also yummy. The plate came with garlic sauce and tsatziki sauce. I wish we lived much closer but alas, we live in LA. Omg I absolutely love this place. The staff is so wonderful, every time I come in she has a smile on her face and is happy to see me. This is seriously the best gyro meat I've ever had by far. I haven't had anything that comes close and I have tried plenty of places. The beef is bigger chucks, the wrap or the fries are absolutely killer, I like the shawarma as well! Very Lebanese inspired and I honestly can't recommend this place enough. The establishment is very small, I count 12 seats total, so you would be best to come in for take out.. but if you get the chance to sit inside and chat the staff will make your day.
