Lunch special. Grilled Chicken with white rice, salad and fries. Delicious and very affordable.

The food is delicious Authentic Peruvian food. Every dish I've had has been very flavorful. The staff is very welcoming and super friendly. They've gone as far as making my meal to my liking by adding or eliminating certain items to my dish. Their prices are very affordable. I highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed.

The Peruvian Food was Delicious all 3 plates we ordered were perfect. I'm Peruvian and I approve of it. We got Ceviche de Pescado, Arroz Chaufa de Pollo y Bistec a lo Pobre. The service is located inside the Mall, but the owners were so nice, since I'm Peruvian we were talking about our country and asked each other what part of Peru we were from. They were very nice and made sure we loved our food. As I said the restaurant is inside the Palm Desert Mall, which is wonderful. Recommended it.

Still the best vegan chicken sandwich in Southern California. Love this place! Thank you, MOA!

Visited my first time 1/27/26. There was a hair in my food. Gave it to the cook he threw it away and replaced it.

It was very difficult finding Volcanic Fusion. I saw it on Yelp but had no idea it was in a mall, Palm Desert Shoppes. If you need directions, this place is on the second floor in the middle of the mall. The escalators in the middle are under reconstruction. The food court itself was kinda sad. Mrs Fields wasn't open and a Sushi place is permanently closed. It was not very busy on a Thursday night. There's a crepe and ramen place I'd like to try. My order was ready when I arrived. They were actually trying to call me to see when I was coming. The cashier was very nice. She asked what sauce I'd like. I had no idea. She offered sarsa which was good but I can't figure out what was in it. She couldn't explain it and I thought she said salsa. There are Peruvian items on a chalkboard that weren't online so I ordered the tamale and had to wait. While we're waiting we ate our online orders. The gyro fries were good. 8/10 I'm glad we didn't wait to eat as it would get soggy. There was the right amount of gyro. I like that there was plenty of feta cheese as well. The gyro meat didn't taste like the usual meat in used to buy it wasn't bad. This place is a fusion of Mediterranean and Peruvian food. I don't think they actually fused the food but they offer both types of food. I think they should stick to Peruvian and do it well. The falafel wrap was OK. 7/10 The falafel was crispy and had the right spice level but the lettuce in it was wilted and I would've enjoyed it without it. The chicken empanada was Peruvian style. 8/10 It was huge! I enjoyed it most with the sarsa and the garlic aoili sauce! It would've been better with Chimchurri! Finally, the surprise of the meal, was the chicken tamale Peruvian style. I'm so glad I ordered it. It was the size of a burrito! 10/10. There was chicken and an egg in it which I really liked. They removed the husk for me as I was going to eat it tight away. I almost ate the whole thing it was that good. It was different than a Mexican tamale, but I really enjoyed it.

We were looking for unique places to eat and we found Volcanic Fusion kitchen which seems to be a radically cool fusion of Peruvian and Greek food. It is on the food court of The Shops at Palm Desert, but don't let that dissuade you from trying it out. We ordered a he Gyro fries with feta, tzezki sauce, meat, tomatoes.Between me and my kids it did not last long. It was great. We also ordered the chicken empanada that was large, moist, and fresh. We loved their sauces and they freely gave us more tzezki, garlic ailoi (wow), and sarsa (yes it is called "sarsa") sauce. Lastly we ordered a chicken tamale that was large, moist, and tasty with a surprise egg inside that was a unique tasty addition. The service was quite friendly and accommodating. They have more food than the website shows (see pics). So there is much to try at Volcanic

It is decorated in gorgeous pinks/greens/blacks. It's so beautiful that you don't know what to look at. Jennifer checked in on our table and went above and beyond by even letting us try their mouth watering key lime pie (I am not a key lime fan and thought it was fantastic)!! What really stood out though was the service. We weren't even talking to our waiter at the time and didn't realize he was within earshot, but my friend had mentioned how good the potatoes looked and that she wished she had ordered them. A few minutes later, Sal surprised us by bringing them out to the table. It was such an unexpected, thoughtful gesture that completely made the experience. Great food and a beautiful setting, but that level of attentiveness is what really sets this place apart. Sal turned a great brunch into one we'll remember.

Very appreciative of this place being in our little desert area!…read more I brought my grandmother here, who is from Germany, as a birthday surprise earlier this month. She absolutely loved it & it was very great to see that not just the menu selection, but the actual food itself was truly authentic I got the bratwurst sandwich for my own nostalgia, which was perfectly made. Really enjoyed the homemade ketchup. My grandmother got the Jäger Spätzle with crispy onions on top. It was incredible!! We got the white cake to-go, which was pretty dang good. The staff was so sweet, kind, & really made the meal feel like a treat in itself! It's such a cute place. If it wasn't hot outside, sitting on the patio would be really nice to do in the future. The only thing that I really hope they bring back is a breakfast menu, because I can only imagine how great it would be. Also, breakfast is pretty much the same across the desert, very generic. Or trying to be unique (for a price). Authentic breakfast from this region of Europe would be a nice change.

Every visit is consistently incredible, and this time was no exception. We started with the Oktoberfest Pretzel and the Urnebes, and both were absolutely phenomenal. The pretzel was perfectly done, and the Urnebes was packed with flavor. My husband and daughter ordered the Grilled Sausage Platter, which is a solid 10/10 every single time. It's one of those dishes you keep coming back for because it's just that good. My daughter's boyfriend ordered the Lamb Chops, and they were fall-off-the-bone amazing--tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. I had the Spicy Gypsy Schnitzel Veal, and all I can say is wow. It was completely out of this world. The veal was perfectly prepared, and the spicy gypsy sauce took it to another level. And I can't leave out the Lemon Breeze. It is everything. Hands down, the best drink I've ever had--refreshing, delicious, and the perfect complement to an incredible meal. Alps Village just nails it every time. Amazing food, amazing drinks, service and a consistently fantastic dining experience. We'll definitely be back! 10/10 -- Highly recommend!

Upon arrival the staff effortlessly brings you their gigantic menu which is ever changing to keep up with the seasonal ingredients. We ordered the duck charcuterie board. The fresh baked bread served alongside is reminiscent of North Italia with a nice crunch and brush of olive oil. The duck prosciutto was cut thick, salami tasty and candied kumquat just the perfect balance. Other tastings included the grilled dates and flatbread. For our entrees, we ordered the tenderloin (cooked to perfection and seriously melts in your mouth) and lamb shank. Both were served with creamy mash potatoes and grilled veggies for a healthy side. Our waiter Alejandra was lovely(!) and so knowledgeable about the offerings for evening. She truly takes pride in her job. Francisco provided top notch service, keeping our glasses full and quickly whisking away our dirty plates. MVP of the evening was Daniel of course and his sous chef who happily labored the evening away to perfect each and every dish from scratch. How do we know? Because we had front row seats to the open kitchen concept and enjoyed every bit of the food magic that unfolded. Love finding these hidden gems where the people that run it truly love what they do.
