    Skinny margarita
    Francheska O.

Was in the mood for Mexican food and this was close to our hotel. The place was packed but we were still seated right away. Server was super friendly and efficient. The skinny margarita was really good. For my main dish I got the open face enchiladas. I ate the entire plate! It was so good with the green sauce our server had recommended. The side of the corn cake was delicious.

I was visiting my sister in Palm Springs, she has been telling me about Maracas a restaurant in Rancho Mirage that has really good Mexican food, and she was not lying. We were seated and found out that we were in time for happy hour from 3pm to 5pm weekdays, a few TV's a enclosed cover patio, an open kitcher with huge bar in the center, there is another location in Palm Springs too, the chips & salsa was top notch it was spicy and so good. We ordered a margarita and sangria, the buffalo chicken wings and a combination enchilada plate, all of our food was very tasty plus delicious, the staff was friendly and helpful checking on usa few times. They also have live music here around 5pm

UPDATED LUNCH SPECIALS MENU weekdays $15 includes beverage. New items include Chicken Ranchero and a daily Chef's Special. We tried both yesterday and they were excellent. The Chef's Special on the Lunch Specials menu will change often. Cool surprise whenever you go! We love the staff and the food. The lunch specials are an excellent deal at a time when restaurant prices in general have skyrocketed. Enjoy Maracas in Rancho Mirage!

Three milks cake look wow delicious!!! It's still possible to get impeccable service.

Second time to be here. First with a large group (outdoors) , then for a birthday (indoor). We were seated quickly. Waiter took our drink order ( Mang Tangos). We had chips and super tasty spicy salsa. Orders came at a reasonable time. Everything was so delightful and yummy! We drove just to revisit this place! Everything was amazing! If you wanna eat at one of the best Mexican you will ever eat, do come here in Palm Springs!

Ordered the New York style hot pastrami on rye with coleslaw and a Dr. Brown's Cream Soda. The pastrami was the highlight. Piled high, tender, and full of that classic deli flavor with just the right amount of richness. The rye bread held everything together well and had a nice bite to it. It's the kind of sandwich you have to take a second to look at before figuring out how to eat it. The coleslaw was fresh and crisp, a good balance to the sandwich, and the cream soda was cold and refreshing. Also ordered a slice of pistachio cake to go. Absolutely delicious. The place has that old school deli feel, busy but in a good way, and full of character. Service was friendly and efficient even with the crowd. Definitely a spot worth stopping at if you're in Palm Desert and want a proper deli sandwich.

Service was good and pricing is fair. They have the same stuff as the larger Palm Springs location. Small parking lot. Bakery counter. Good stuff.

However, we did not realize the emphasis on a Jewish menu until after we were seated . . . lox, blech, gefilte fish, yuk . . . so we kindly apologized and were about to stand up and leave. Their food is fresh, plentiful when it comes to serving size and ingredients (see the attached photo of the sandwich I got) and their service is prompt and attentive. We did not get any baked goods, but they also sure looked good as we walked by the display on the way out. It has a comfortable, open and well lit atmosphere. We are very glad we decided to stay.

I've been to a few which you think they'll be good but it was a little disappointing. Alway hunting for amazing Thai food... My second time here and it's good. Of course with this heat wave, it's so hot to sit outside which the patio tends to be pretty off limit in the heat. Unless you prefer it. We came for dinner which was still pretty early. There's two main entrance, the front and the side/back where the patio is. And two dining area, front and back. Well we walked in, it was a little daunting as we were the only one there. That does have an effect of do we stay or leave. Anyways, we stayed as we enjoyed our meal last time. It did pick up during our meal. Service was great with our waiter. Constantly refilling our waiter without us having to mentioned it. Menu wise, a good amount of Thai dishes that you would be familiar with. The only downfall, they don't have noodle soup which is a favorite for me. If a restaurant has it, that's a plus. Well they don't carry it. Also there's a bar so that's good as well. Honestly it doesn't matter to me with Thai food if they bring out starters before or with the meal. I'm going to enjoy it regardless. Food, we had the chicken larb. Minced meat with Thai spices and a nice sour sauce. So good and had it with a side of rice. That's normally served with cabbage but this time it's with Napa cabbage. Never had it that way but it was still good. Entrees, the spicy noodles. So many different names for them but all the same. Thin rice noodle with whatever protein and slice veggies all tossed together with a nice sauce on top of lettuce. Some places add that while others don't. Lastly the massaman curry, with carrots, potatoes and peanuts in a rich curry sauce. The food was good and very tasty. Portion wise was plentiful and perfect for a main or à la carte with friends.
